- Funky hotel for those that don't mind walking or tram ride to centre.
- Amazing discount for out of season visit. Very modern and stylish hotel, clean and comfortable. Free swimming pool and gym. Tram stop 5 minutes walk away with direct links to centre (5 minute ride). Great shower. Free refridgerated tray. Right next to motorway so easy to drive to.
- Out of centre - probably a 15-20 minute walk from Leidseplein but too cold to walk in February! Sauna was 7.50 per person. No music channel on TV. Parking for hotel cost around 20 euros per 24 hour period.

- Convenient location, walking to distance to many attractions, and if you want to go further afield, tram stops outside hotel, and Centraal Station about 5 - 10 mins walk.
- Rooms are pretty small. Double bed pretty short, I'm 5ft10 and slept with my feet touching the wall at the end of the bed. Bathroom is part of the bedroom, seperated by glass....fine when travelling on my own, but not a good thing if travelling with friends. Not much room to sit on the toilet as bathroom quite cramped.

- Get the computer link improved; get a new contract.
- Outstanding room location with a great view. Wonderful breakfasts. We enjoyed our stay very much. It is a wonderful hotel and we were quite happy with it. (My father was born on Terschelling.)
- It was rather strange that the computer sat in the lobby with a sign: "defekt" the whole time we were there. It was explained that someone had to come from the mainland to fix it. Why T-Mobile could not send someone in five days is beyond me. Could the hotel not have a second computer available? Could not the computer be sent to the mainland? Even better, why not hire someone on the island to fix the computer right away? At Amrath Hotel Frans Hals in Haarlem we had free use of the computer in the lobby. It is not right for a four star hotel to advertise use of a computer and then not have one working, even when there is a charge for usage! It is also not that easy to use a computer in the village. At the VVV you can only receive mail and not send emails. This was a minor disturbance, but I was surprised at the attitude of the service personnel. I was on vacation but ten minutes of computer usage could have saved me expensive phone calls related to my professional work as a university professor. I have to attend a conference April 15-19th, immediately upon my return to Canada. Luckily I speak Dutch. There is no efficient use of English, German or French. For example, there is no information in the room in any of those three international languages.

- Very well laid out apartment, comfortably furnished. A very pleasant place to relax and enjoy Terschelling! We would definitely come again!
- We had to clean some of the dishes before we could use them - and the living room area did not appear to have been vaccuumed very well. Which makes a mockery of the 45 Euro cleaning fee! And we were summarily asked to leave the suite at 1 minute before 10 a.m., which is check-out time, by the cleaning staff!

- Ameland is beautiful and with the bicycle rental in the hotel you can discover the little island. Comfortable (suite)rooms, well equipped like small studio with sunny terrace. Small room service menu but tasty and good , restaurant food also OK.
- Hotel appears a bit worn out to be a good 4*, carpets, walls, etc. It would need a "refreshment" The area where the hotel is generally tranquil but occasional noises from the disco in the neighborhood.
