when I booked online Iwas told to call the hotel if I was arriving after 6pm it was difficult to work out the number then after being put on hold once by the booking company and then twice the same by the hotel in total for around ten minutes I gave up. When at the hotel they said that it did not matter and I needn't have bothered phoning. What a waiste of a ten minure phone call and time!

Thedirections of the web sitecalled it the Van der Valk hotel, theroad signs all referred to hotel cujick and this was very misleaing. Olease transfer the directions from your brochure to the website. we wasted 1/2 hour trying to find you.
