• – Etwas abgelegen, wenn man nach Amsterdam möchte, allerdings mit 10 Min. zu Fuß + 25 Min. Bahnfahrt (4,50€ pro Weg) verhältnismäßig unkompliziert erreichbar. Keine kostenlosen Parkplätze, was für die Niederlande normal ist........

• – Poor phone service, number on booking sheet was employee cell phone who declined to answer. Unreliable information when called the Holiday Inn Express number on the internet. I was told my credit card was already charged, the full amount. The front desk staff stated no, it wasn't. I requested a wake up call in the morning, no one called me. The coffee machine wasn't working, by the time a staff member offered to get me coffee from the bar, I had to leave for the shuttle.

The Holiday Inn Express Hoofddorp not only for business people

• + I get best price booked through Hotels.nl (almost 50% less) compared to published rate shown in the hotel. The room is much much better compared to Holiday Inn (4 star) in Hasselt Belgium
• – 10-15 minutes walk to the centrum and 10-15 minutes walk to the train station.
• * Mein Tipp For shopping spree? the Hoofddorp have it all For Indonesian food? They have Blitar restaurant serve good Indonesian food.

Fantastic staff!

• + Stayed there seven days. The staff was absolutely excellent. They could not have been more helpful with my group of up to 16 with different reservations, different daily requirements, etc. Never once were we treated other than with the greatest respect. They also recommended a great restaurant only minutes from the hotel.
• – The only minus would be the 7.50 E charge each day to return to the airport. The shuttle is going back to the airport anyway - why should there be a charge? That is a HUGE negative if you are with a group! There is a 10 Euro per night charge to park your car, certainly cheaper than taking the shuttle into the airport if you are with a group.

• + Very nice. A bit of a taxi ride from the Airport and back. Staff were excellent. No eating facilities at the hotel but the walk into the village was worth it both for the pleasure and the restaurants we found.
• * Mein Tipp The first restaurant on the walking path was one of the best we visited on all of Holland.

• + this is an unusually good hotel for an "airport" hotel. the hotel had everything one would look for in a short stay before departing on an early flight: a clean though compact room, good internet connection, a hot shower, courteous staff and a convenient pick-up and drop-off service from schiphol.

• + I love your hotel. Convenient ... quiet easy assess by train 10 minits walk fm Havadorf ... the bus sent you to the hotel door.
• – The map you gave us to the train is not correct. The taxi charge us EU$25 instate EU$20 as agreed - I would suggest that the payment is being done to the reception to avoid any missunderstanding - The Taxi man is an old grumppy man. We asked him to wait for 5 mins to gather our group he shrug his shoulder as if we are a pest. Why do we need to pay for the bus fare EU$7.50 per head when going to the airport - Isnt that part of the service ? Not recommended for heavy baggage carrier unless you ta

• + New hotel, very confortable bed, super clean bathrooms, really nice. The location is far from the city, but a train ride for 25 minutes is nice and convenient. After so much party, is good to go away and have a great peaceful night of sleep. Buffet breakfast very good too!

• + I have stayed twice in this Holiday Inn Express. And, I will stay here again. The price was excellent, with breakfast included, which was also very good. The hotel is very clean and the rooms are great.
• – The airport shuttle does not pick up at the hotel and we had to walk to the Crown Plaza, which was not too distance, but still, shouldn't the hotel have a small van or something. There is a charge to go to the airport. I would like to applaud the manager and reception personnel for assisting me and my wife in their professionalism and making certain our questions were answered.

• – geen warme maaltijd in de middag of avond.

Schoon, doch te warm

• + zeer schone kamer, niet groot, maar wel van alle gemakken voorzien; professioneel team; ontbijtbuffet simpel doch voldoende keus
• – geen mogelijkheid te eten; kamer had geen raam dat open kon, temperatuur niet onder 18 graden te krijgen, daardoor 's nachts te warm en benauwd op de kamer

Fantastisch aardig personeel.

• + Geweldig aardige medewerk(st)ers, schone kamers en dicht bij Schiphol.
• – Bed! Grote kuil in het midden waardoor wij naar elkaar bleven toe rollen. Na de eerste nacht gemeld en er zou iets aan gedaan worden, tweede nacht lagen we net zo beroerd. Ontbijt is erg simpel. Parkeren abnormaal duur terwijl het op een industrieterrein is.
• * Mein Tipp Parkeren in Hoofddorp.

• + Ruime kamer, prima bedden, geweldige douchecabine alles zeer schoon. Vervoer hotel-schiphol goed geregeld.
• – Frisse lucht op de kamer, er kan geen enkel raam open. Voor zo,n klasse hotel is het ontbijt zeer sober, geen enkel warm gerecht alleen een (lauw) gekookt eitje.

• – Pendelbus vrij duur, dus kan beter de trein pakken

Chack uw betaling bij het verlaten van het hotel

• – Het hotel heeft mij 10 € meer aangerekend voor de kamer dan dan de prijs die vermeld was bij de reservering. Dit heb ik pas bij aankomst in Mexico gezien. Welke is de beste optie om dit bedrag terig ge vorderen?
• * Mein Tipp Goed de factuur direct nakijken en vergelijken met de prijs van de reservatie.

comfortabel en schone kamers

• + zeer nette kamer schoon lekker ontbijt
• – 's nachts was af en toe het geluid te horen van een soort pomp of generator. Ik weet niet wat het voor apparaat was, maar misschien voor de waterdruk of airconditioningsysteem. We sliepen op de vierde etage aan het eind van de gang bij de nooduitgang.

• + kamer, service van baliepersoneel, douche, koffie- en theefaciliteiten op de kamer
• – duur parkeren, ontbijt (er was veel, maar een beetje liefdeloos, broodjes, eieren, fruit e.d niet vers geserveerd, automatenkoffie)

• – Op de site was aangegeven "5 minute"van het station", voor mij een rede met de trein te gaan. De wandelafstand bleek 15 minuten en niet bewegwijzerd. Met zware bagage geen leuke ervaring ...! Handig als op de site tenminste de rijafstand = auto en de wandelafstand = lopen vermeld worden.
• * Mein Tipp Houd rekening met de afstand van het station. Er rijdt geen bus naar / langs het hotel. De beste optie, ingeval de trein wordt genomen, is naar Schiphol te reizen en daar de (gratis = heenreis)shuttel te nemen.

Ik heb drie uitstekende overnachtingen gehad!

• – gratis parkeerruimte ontbreekt, gesneden fruit ontbreekt bij ontbijt.

Holiday Inn Express Amsterdam Schiphol - uitstekend

• + alles klopte, geen file op dag van vertrek van Schiphol
• – looproute vanaf station is ook via google etc. onduidelijk

niet onaardig, maar met 1 groot bezwaar

• + fijne kamer, goede badkamer, prima ontbijt ( eindelijk eens n keer eieren zoals ze moeten zijn, dus niet koud of keihard, en bovengemiddelde croissants en chocoladebroodjes ! )
• – de lokatie is niet zo handig ( alleen geschikt t.o.v. Schiphol , of de A4 ) , maar mijn grootste bezwaar is dat er GEEN ENKEL raam open kan ( en dat vind ik nou eenmaal erg onprettig !! ) !!
• * Mein Tipp alle ramen zitten potdicht, en daar moet je tegen kunnen

• – Wij hadden gehoopt nog een eenvoudige maaltijd in het hotel te kunnen eten, helaas was dat niet mogelijk. Ik kan mij voorstellen dat het in de toekomst mogelijk wordt om vanuit het hotel ergens in Hoofddorp een maaltijd te bestellen en die in het hotel te laten bezorgen.

• – Restaurant voor diner is er niet en in de buurt zijn de restaurantjes ook minimaal.

• – hetgeen beloofd wordt via internet, kan het hotel niet waarmaken. mijn advies: verander de informatie. Zoals het nu beschreven staat rijdt de transfer 24 uur en dit is niet het geval. Helaas ook geen ontbijt ontvangen.

• – - hotel ligt afgelegen op een industrieterrein - bed had beter gekund; spiralen zijn te voelen bij enige beweging.

• + Prima ontvangst. De kamers zijn zeer netjes, luxe badkamer en de kamers hebben alle benodigde voorzieningen. Geen geluidoverlast van snelwegen of vliegveld.

We kregen niet wat er was geboekt, zeer frustrerend !

• + Netjes en goed gelegen hotel voor de zakenreiziger en binnen 10 minuten van Schiphol.
• – Voor de tweede keer niet de geboekte kamer, en geen mogelijkheid gekregen om te wisselen of een korting op de prijs. om de pijn te verzachten werd er wel een drankje aangeboden, maar dat was geen oplossing voor ons probleem. Ik weet niet of ik hier met 2 personen nog weer ga verblijven. verder een prima hotel met een leuke vriendelijke staff. Wel oppassen in de kamer voor het plankje van de klerenhangers, mijn vrouw heeft nu een blauw oog omdat ze er in het donker tegenaan liep, - in de USA een leuke reden voor schadeclaim.

Bed mag beter.

• + Goed en dichtbij Schiphol en goede treinverbinding naar Amsterdam.
• – Bed mag veel beter te zacht en daardoor slecht geslapen.

Mooi en netjes hotel zeker aan te raden maar dan zonder ontbijt.

• – Het ontbijt was dit hotel niet waardig! Heel weinig keuze, zelfs geen gebakken eitje . Heb dit nog nooit eerder meegemaakt.

Mooi hotel

• + Het is een geweldig hotel. Alles zag er netjes uit en ruim. Heerlijk geslapen daar.
• – Het minpunt is dat het moeilijk te vinden is, De terugweg vanuit het centrum in Amsterdam was moeilijker te vinden.

Hotel prima, ontbijt....zorg voor genoeg broodjes!!

• + Ligging hotel uitstekend. Kamer was schoon, bedden lagen prima.
• – Het ontbijt was waardeloos. We hebben wel 10 min. moeten wachten op de broodjes, croissantjes, e.d. Alles was op en werd niet of weinig bijgevuld. Meerdere mensen klaagden hierover. Echt een punt van aandacht !!!

Leuk en onpraktisch hotel

• + Uitstekende service aan de receptie bij inchecken , van de nachtdienst en bij uitchecken.
• – 1. 500 meter van shuttlestop afvia openbare weg. Niet voor gewaarschuwd,moeilijk met bagage. 2.Hoogpolig tapijt in gangen loopt heel moeilijk met koffers 3.Te zachte matrassen,onvoldoende ruggesteun 4. Voor een airport hotel zou het onbijt al on 05.30 uur moeten.
