Description
The family hotel Brinkzicht in De Koog has been around since the thirties. It offers airy bedrooms, most of them with a private shower and toilet, and they all have television and central heating. The rooms are comfortably furnished. The hotel offers a secluded sun terrace and has a lounge with a fireplace and a small bar. In front of the hotel is a bus stop.
Texel is the largest Frisian island in the Netherlands and offers you woods, dunes, beautiful beaches and extensive nature areas. The hotel is located 400 meter from the beach and woods and within one minute you will reach the centre of the seaside villagde. If you do not feel like swimming in the sea, you can visit the Waterpark Calluna in De Koog, there is a wave pool and whirlpools.

You can enjoy the breakfast buffet between 09:00 and 09:30. The hotel has a restaurant where a delicious dinner is served from 18:30 to 20:00. The bar is open from 10:00 to 23:00, and sometimes offers live music.

Texel offers many opportunities for cycling and walking through the woods and dunes and Hotel Brinkzicht De Koog is a good base. On Texel you will find a wealth of culture, interesting sights such as the Ecomare where seals and birds are collected, and unique villages.
