Pension De Zonnestraal is located in a quiet courtyard on the outskirts of the seaside resort De Koog on the island Texel. The largest Wadden island of Holland offers up to 30 kilometers of beaches and vast areas of scenic beauty. It's an ideal destination for relaxing, walking or cycling or getting a breath of frresh sea air on the beach in every season.
The guesthouse has an informal atmosphere. There is a pleasant conversation area, which also serves as a breakfast room with cable TV. There is a large sun terrace and a parking next door. The guesthouse has comfortable rooms with TV, most also have a luxurious bathroom with bath or shower and toilet. All rooms have luxury box-spring beds, coffee and tea making facilities and a fridge.

Surroundings
On Texel, there are plenty of opportunities for cycling. There's more than 100 kilometers of bicycle tracks. The cycling run through along the dike and the nature park De Slufter. Each route will show yet another piece of Texel. From the guesthouse De Zonnestraal you can also start a walk in the beautiful nature. Each year in June, sailing enthusiasts can attend the annual Ronde om Texel, the largest catamaran event in the world with over 600 catamarans.
