Description
The pleasant family hotel De Branding is located in seaside resort De Koog. It offers modern and comfortable rooms, all provided with en suite bathroom, sitting area and television. The rooms on the ground floor have a private terrace and the rooms on the first floor have a balcony. The hotel also has free parking facilities.
Hotel De Branding is a perfect base for exploring Texel by bicycle. The wonderful areas of scenic beauty and nature reserves with dunes, woods and beautiful sandy beaches can be found on the largest West Frisian island of Holland. The only bathing resort of the island, De Koog, has a picturesque centre with great shops, restaurants and cafés.

Breakfast is served daily from 08:00 to 10:00 h.
The hotel does not have an à la carte restaurant. However, you can book half-board and enjoy the 3-course surprise dinner. When you book half-board, you will be expected in the restaurant between 18:30 and 19:00 h. The kitchen prepares the dishes with fresh products.
The bar is open throughout the day until 23:00 h.

Around De Koog are a lot of dunes, that are part of the National Park Duinen van Texel ('dunes of Texel').
