- Mooie ligging hotel, maar niet voor herhaling vatbaar.
- Prachtige ligging in bosrijk gebied. Mooi startpunt voor fietsroutes en vlakbij Oldenzaal met de nodige restaurants/winkels. Vriendelijke en hulpvaardige ontvangst.
- Gedateerde inrichting hotel en kamers. Douchecabine ronduit onhygienisch met veel schimmelplekken. Wifi is aanwezig, echter niet op kamers aan achterkant gebouw. Te weinig plek voor fietstalling, was vol.

- Prachtige ligging, goede ontspannen bediening. Was er voor zaken, maar voelde me op vakantie.

- De ligging van het hotel is prima en redelijk makkelijk te vinden. We hebben heerlijk gegeten in het restaurant van het hotel. Leuk vonden we het zitgedeelte waar in een kast allerlei spelletjes te vinden waren.
- De inrichting van de kamer vonden we een beetje gedateerd. De douche leek niet helemaal 100% schoon door de aanslag op de tegels. De kamer was 's nachts erg warm en benauwd. Jammer dat het terras aan de drukke weg ligt waar het verkeer nogal voorbij raast.

- - Kamer benauwd warm en geen ventilatiemogelijkheden (enige openslaand bovenlicht komt uit op afgesloten galerij waar het even warm en benauwd is als in de kamer).
- Bij douchen liep de badkamer vol water (foute plaatsing douchebak en gordijn), gevolg natte voeten bij gebruik van toilet.
- Geen afzuiging in badkamer/toilet, waardoor stank na gebruik toilet en hoge vochtigheidsgraad na douchen.
- Hotel moet gerenoveerd worden: bladderende verf, verrotte kozijnen (o.a. in restaurant), etc.
- Ongelijke hoogte traptreden, waardoor grote kans op misstappen en struikelen

- Een vriendelijk hotel maar verwacht geen luxe
- Erg vriendelijk personeel, erg mooie ligging met voldoende wandel en fietsmogelijkheden. Het pannenkoekenhuis naast het hotel is een bezoek waard.
- Ondanks dat we een iets 'luxere' categorie kamer hadden geboekt, was deze erg summier ingericht en vreselijk gedateerd. Kleine, donkere badkamer.

- Bij melden aan de balie wordt al gevraagd of we € 10 meer willen betalen voor een comfort kamer.
De economy kamer was, na gekeken te hebben, niet meer waard om te verhuren en dat vonden zij blijkbaar ook.
Zelfs de comfortkamer was aan renovatie toe.
Schimmel op de voegen in de badkamer en op de muur buiten de badkamer.De matrassen waren doorgezakt.
Ik weet dat dit erg duur is maar dat geld haal je er m.i. weer uit door de kamers iets duurder te verhuren zodat de gast er toch een tevreden gevoel aan overhoud.
