The staff seemed rude when we arrived early at the hotel and wanted to check in. They did not allow us the early check in even the the hotel was quite empty. We were only an hour early so we didn't think it was too much to ask.
Also, the floor of our room was filthy dirty. I don't think they mop it much. The rest of the room was clean but the floor was gross.

Nice staff. Friendly & helpful approach.

The dinner menu should be more elaborate. Due to location, its not always possible to go to the city center for dining. Especially with the not so friendly bus timings in the off-peak/weekends. :)

Bedden waren slecht. Helemaal doorgezakt. Daarnaast was het diner ook niet echt goed; diepvriesgroenten en zowel de mayonaise als de ketchup was op.

It was a convienent distance to our centre of interest the Brabanthallen in den Bosch. The bed was good the bad ok.

Very light wooden walls a lot of noise is transported through the house. We suffered from a very noisy group at night obviously moving at 4:00 am from one room until when the last one find his destination. Also the haeting system was not very suitable. In the afternoon there was none, evening ok and in the morning it was too warm. A regulation could not be found.

bit of a problem..the 3 double rooms we had reserved weren't available so 6 of us had to share a two room appartment the first night, with one bathroom between 6 of us, and then 4 of us had to share the appt for the next 3 nights. The married couple with us going into their own double bedroom for the next 3 nights.Apparently a booking error made by the previous management. Some of my group were very unhappy. The new manager was very apologetic and tried his best to make ammends.A very nice man.

Generally it was a good hotel. The staff was nice and helpful and the room was clean and tidy. No toothbrush, toothpaste, slippers and elevators were available but it's a budgeted hotel and it's still OK. It had a water cooker and already much better than the other 4-star hotel we stayed in Vught.
