Fletcher Hotel-Restaurant Koogerend can be found on the edge of the historic centre of Den Burg. The white building with its red roof is typical for the island of Texel. The island offers many biking and hiking tracks; routes are available in Fletcher Hotel-Restaurant Koogerend. The nearby village De Koog offers a subtropical swimming paradise and in the village De Cocksdorp there is a 9-hole golf course.
