Perfect location and nice design

It was really clean, VERY well located, great design inside, optional breakfast available, great comfort and space in the room, not noisy, TV available, clean and new towels and bed sheets, nice heating, not bureaucratic.

We stayed on the 3rd floor and the steps are in the spiral DNA-like shape, so it is VERY hard to get upstairs with heavy luggage. Staff were helpful enough to offer assistance on this, but when we asked about restaurant recommendations we they couldn't provide any advice whatsoever.

no lift and only a narrow winding staircase. this was dangerous for anyone carrying large and / or heavy suitcases up to, or down from their room. this is how service could be improved - having someone who could help with this. only reception staff were available. also, breakfast was not included.

Room has been used by smokers, and no proper ventilation was possible to get out the smell. Very small bathroom. After taking a shower, the toilet is also completely wet.

Acess to rooms on the first floor and above is by a steep metal spiral staircase. There is no lift and no porter. If you have a heavy case (or cases) you certainly have a problem! If you have even the slightest knee twinge - you will have a problem!

Friendly receptionist on second day with ideas for days out in Den Haag.

Not a very warm welcome on arrival although service was much better on 2nd day. Room was grubby and smelly (smoke). Bathroom set-up (wet room) makes it difficult to use after a shower - water still in pools on floor 24 hours later. Lots of noise from other rooms - creaky floors and walls must be very thin. Minibar fridge woke me up each night - very noisy fan!

Redelijke iets te kleine hotelkamer met comfortabele bedden

De bedden waren goed, voldoende handdoeken. De badkamer was schoon. Ik vond het prettig dat er een televisie was, en een balkon.

Het viel mij wel op dat het tapijt erg vies was. Dat gaf een wat smoezelige indruk. Ik vond de tweepersoonskamer ook erg klein, met weinig ruimte, bij het bed naast het balkon was bijna geen loopruimte.

- de vernieuwde kamer zag er netjes uit - goed douche - fijne bedden - efficiënt omgesprongen met de zeer beperkte ruimte Kortom, prima voor alleen overnachting, 1 dag

Prima hotel voor één of twee nachten.

Prijs kwaliteit is zeer gunstig, evenals de kwaliteit van het bed, met name de matrassen. Fris en schoon, prima. Ook ontbijt was ruim voldoende. Ligging in centrum Den Haag is ook uitstekend

Geen eigen parkeerterrein, waardoor je toch met hoge extra kosten wordt geconfronteerd. Geen lift, trap is vrij smal en dat is met veel bagage erg onhandig. Ook twee matrassen in een tweepersoonsbed is een minpuntje, zeker wanneer je met je partner wilt vrijen, matrassen schuiven snel uit elkaar.

Eindelijk een goed ingericht hotel!

Fantastische inrichting en redelijk goede bedden! Goed ontbijt, voldoende parkeergelegenheid voor een betaalbare prijs (wel opletten in welke straat je je auto parkeert) Centrum op loopafstand

Er mag (geld niet voor onze kamer) wel wat vaart met de verbouwing worden gemaakt.
