Anonymous Some plus points, but not perfect: 24 July 2010; 7.2; + Proximity to Peace Palace. Pleasant receptionists etc.; - Paintwork badly needs renewal. Carpets frankly dirty. Staircases reminiscent of those found in the towers of medieval castles i.e. metal spiral staircases (no advance notice given of this!)

Lucas Freire Perfect location and nice design: 21 January 2010; 7.8; + It was really clean, VERY well located, great design inside, optional breakfast available, great comfort and space in the room, not noisy, TV available, clean and new towels and bed sheets, nice heating, not bureaucratic.; - We stayed on the 3rd floor and the steps are in the spiral DNA-like shape, so it is VERY hard to get upstairs with heavy luggage. Staff were helpful enough to offer assistance on this, but when we asked about restaurant recommendations we they couldn't provide any advice whatsoever.

Anonymous: 9 August 2009; 8.6; + very near to centre; - no lift and only a narrow winding staircase. this was dangerous for anyone carrying large and / or heavy suitcases up to, or down from their room. this is how service could be improved - having someone who could help with this. only reception staff were available. also, breakfast was not included.

Prepost: 18 June 2008; 7.4; + Friendly staff, could leave our luggage after check-out very practical, good breakfast.; - Steep metal stairs, no lift, minimalistic, cheaply decorated/furbished. Toilet and shower together so everything gets wet.

For a holliday or weekend it would be a bit small.; - Room has been used by smokers, and no proper ventilation was possible to get out the smell. Very small bathroom. After taking a shower, the toilet is also completely wet.

If you have a heavy case (or cases) you certainly have a problem! If you have even the slightest knee twinge - you will have a problem!

Room was grubby and smelly (smoke). Bathroom set-up (wet room) makes it difficult to use after a shower - water still in pools on floor 24 hours later. Lots of noise from other rooms - creaky floors and walls must be very thin. Minibar fridge woke me up each night - very noisy fan!

Da die Parkmöglichkeiten eher schlecht sind und zu dem teuer, hat man uns für eine geringe Gebühr die Hotelparkkarte gegeben. Das war sehr vorteilhaft.; - Einen frischen, modernen Anstrich und diverse Erneuerungen könnte das Hotel gebrauchen. Auch der Empfang könnte nett gestaltet werden.

Anonymous Meer een hostel dan een hotel: 29 August 2011; 3.2; + Ligt in een nette buurt, veel privacy.; - De kamer is kaal. Er staat een bed, een tv en er is een badkamer doordat ze een plastic want met een hangende schuifdeur hebben geplaatst. Als je even rustig jezelf wil terugtrekken op het toilet zonder dat je partner of kamergenoot kan meegeniet, moet je de tv heel hard zetten. -Van de 3 personeelsleden die we hebben gezien waren er 2 ongeïnteresseerd en niet echt klantgericht. Vragen als : 'Kan ik verder nog wat voor u betekenen?', werden hier niet gesteld. De recpetionist is niet 24 uur aanwezig, dus we hadden niet iemand om ons tot te richten toen een compleet voetbalelftal het hele hotel op stelten zette om 5 uur 's nachts. -Er is geen lobby of hotelbar of minibar, waar je wat te eten of te drinken kan krijgen. Al met al is dit meer een hostel: een kamer, een bed, een tv en een douche. Meer moet men er niet van verwachten.

B. van der Lely Lekker bed, wel duur voor de eenvoudige kamer: 14 February 2011; 6.6; + lekker bed; - erg degelijk, vrij duur voor de kwaliteit. de douche heeft geen rand dus water stroomt over de vloer naar de wc.

anoniem Prima voor een nachtje mits je niet te hoge eisen stelt.: 29 November 2010; 6.8; + ligt redelijk centraal om de stad te bezoeken; - Herrie via de wenteltrap dringt erg door in de kamers. Het is vrij gehorig. Badkamer is wel erg klein en dan moet je met een kleine raamwisser de vloer droogtrekken,dus flink bukken, voordat je verder kunt aan de wastafel.Niet voor mensen die slecht ter been zijn.
