• + - modern hotel met alle voorzieningen - zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel - goede ligging t.o.v. centrum Den Haag en Scheveningen - uitstekend ontbijt - prima parkeergelegenheid voor een redelike prijs - gratis wifi - fantastisch uitzicht op het vuurwerk om middernacht dankzij voorstel receptionist!
• – - matras had voor ons iets minder hard moeten zijn
• * my tip Houd er rekening mee dat veel restaurants (vroeg) dicht zijn op oudejaarsnacht. Een fles champagne (met bijbehorende snacks) op de kamer, in combinatie met een fantastisch vuurwerk schouwspel, kan een prima alternatief zijn!

Courteous staff, nice room, good breakfast start for workday

• + Very friendly and courteous staff at reception and at breakfast; nice breakfast: appreciate freshly made orange juice and choice of expresso cappuccino coffees. Nice desk space and free internet made working in room a pleasure.

Good location, not noisy and freindly staff

• + Good location, the staff was OK, clean hotel
• – -the guarantee wasn't returned to my credit card not even after one week (but i will get in touch with the staff to solve this) - 5 euros for the water bottle in the room. i didn't drink it, but the price is absurd

Business Hotel. Excellent Staff Great Food

• + Excellent Reception & Catering Staff, friendly & professional hard working. Breakfast very good, excellent variety
• – Front & side drop off points to Hotel grubby and un welcoming. Although room looked clean bathroom did not smell clean. No mention of ironing board & iron on website, if known I would not have brought iron from UK. Do not like idea of pets in hotel rooms, particularly if animals sleep on bedding/ floors.

Good price for nice hotel and service

• + Room was perefect voor the price. Silent, no noise from other rooms
• – A flatscreen TV is a must for this nice hotel.

A good and proper hotel that offers value for money

Convenient

• + Huge bed, accomodation clean. Bar service good and friendly. Didn't try the food so cant comment.
• – Bit tight with the tea/coffee/milk, I asked for extra milk, it was sent up straight away, to be taken away next day by the maid!!!! Also only 1 bath towel supplied. And literature not in english, there were quite a few english staying at the hotel.

• + Pleasent place to stay. Away from the hustle and bustle of the City. The Service is what you would expect at a good 4 Star Hotel. Transport connection to the Hague is very convenient, with a tram stop, a minutes walk away. Great price on your website!
• – Rooms and bathrooms could be updated in the near future. Would make the Hotel even better.

Nice hotel, great location, friendly staff

• + The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was spotlessly clean and very well equipped. We had a nice view, too.
• – Although there was a lot to choose from at breakfast, the hot items were not that hot and by the time we came down at about 10 am most of the dishes were either almost empty or no longer very warm. The fruit salad, the cold cuts/cheese platter and the pastry selection were delicious. The service was fine.

• – the hotel is in the middle of nowhere...no shops around nothing at all. I felt like the bath room is not very clean. may be because there are some spots around

• + Location was a plus point. The staff did try to help but were limited by their knowledge! Training would be useful to make this a success factor
• – Unfortunately had to request that the bed was remade - there was no bed cover as such and the duvet cover/sheet was creased and torn!The en suite had a unpleasant odour.Slippers and robes were not supplied as standard.Billed for payTV when trying view a dvd!

Good option for young families

• – Oude kamer, tv uit de jaren 90 waarvan het geluid nauwelijks te horen is. Kamer is aan een grondige renovatie toe.

Wonderful breakfasts

• + The staff were very helpful and friendly. They offered good advice about transportation and resturants. We enjoyed being out of the hectic pace of the down town. Breakfasts were wonderful and the flowers were exquisite.
• – There was black mould inthe bath tub.
