Crowne Plaza Den Haag - Promenade is a luxurious hotel in peaceful surroundings. The World Forum Convention Centre and the Peace Palace can be easily reached, as well as the city centre of The Hague (Den Haag) and Scheveningen. - Internet not working (wireless and in room computer), air conditioning fan on balcony outside room (very loud), Pay TV not working correctly, bar closed for re-modeling, small bathroom, iron board broken, no travel plugs available, booked double room and got twin, towels / robe for 1 person only, expensive car park, very basic room decoration, dull concrete balcony, dusty furniture, breakfast auto added to bill, etc etc etc. Basically this hotel had many 'small faults' that should not be an issue in a "5 star" hotel and so many minor issues added up to a rather expensive and unimpressive stay.

- Fairly clean, good service from most of the staff and located fairly centrally for both the beach and city centre
- Had issues with our check in as the receptionist tried to tell me that a "double room" was the same as a "twin room" and wanted to argue the point for over 15 minutes. Duty manager resolved the situation immediately after an initial stand off with the receptionist.
Hotel was reasonably priced taking the discount we got from hotels. nl but wouldn't stay here paying the full rack rate.

- Dicht bij tramstation richting zowel Den Haag centrum als naar Scheveningen.
Restaurant de Huyskamer (Rusthoekstraat 39-41) is op loopafstand van het hotel en echt geweldig. Gezellig en lekker!! Zeker een aanrader!!

Bosrijke omgeving en relatief kort bij het strand.
- Bij het telefoneren in kamer 402 kregen we klachten van de buren over geluidsoverlast ivm dit gesprek.
Schijnbaar is deze kamer erg gehorig en volgens ons kan dit komen door de enkele tussendeur waarvan wij vermoeden dat deze als enigste 2 hotelkamers scheidt.

- Je betaalt voor de ligging, niet voor de kwaliteit
- Alle voorzieningen en service zijn aanwezig. Badkamer had genoeg haddoeken, geeft prettiog gevoel dat je goed voorzien bent en niet om extra's hoeft te vragen. Ook tijdstip ontbijt is ruim. Dat is prettig, kwamen namelijk voor de rust en het is fijn als je dan ook uit kunt slapen.
- Bed lag in een kuil, kussen was klonterig,geen frisse geur op de kamer en het bed is erg kort. Voor de prijs zou je meer mogen verwachten.

- We hebben een heerlijk weekend gehad. De ligging is lekker dicht bij de tramhalte, dus de auto is niet van het parkeerterrein geweest. Het personeel is erg vriendelijk en het ontbijtbuffet heerlijk!

- normale prijzen minibar, heerlijke bedden, ruime kamer, mooi hotel in een mooie omgeving
- het niet gratis aanbieden van parkeer ruimte !!! dat vond/vindt ik een min punt !
het ontbijt was inbegrepen, maar voor zo,n 4 sterrenhotel vond ik het wat aan de magere kant. waarschijnlijk omdat de overwegend verblijfende zakenlui daar geen oog/tijd voor hebben wij zijn echter weekenders en het viel ons gewoon op
verder heerlijk gebadderd en geslapen.
