Very nice, not too big, quite hotel. Very helpful staff. Room was cleaned on a daily basis, as expected. Even packed a breakfast early in the morning for me.

Very clean, friendly, all comforts and amenities of a large 5 star hotel but here on a small personalized scale! Just what I was looking for. We felt so warmly welcomed from the moment we stepped inside the reception. The location is just across from a georgeous park with a river/pond, most relaxing! Within walking distance to town (20 mins). Breakfast was AMAZING, highest quality and a great choice offered. Will definitely stay at this fabulous hotel again. In my opinion, this Hotel is suitable to the business traveller, to families, to older folks, younger folks, all ranges!

Very nice architecture and very nice entrance: a lot of beautiful flowers. Beautiful surroundings.

Hygene: towels not clean, heating system filled with dust or, when moved to another room, very very cold. Heating system: either filled with dust that, when turned on, was filing the entire room, or, in another room with a radiator, too small radiator and very cold, expecially during the night. Overall: not a pleasant experience.

The room was a good size, well furnished and comfortable. The staff were, without exception, friendly and efficient. The surrounding area was extremely pleasant, particularly the small area of parkland opposite the hotel. The hotel was easily reached by public transport with both tram and bus from the central pasing within a minute's walking distance.

Hotel staff are exceptionally friendly and helpful - a real credit to the hotel! Breakfast was good with a lot of choice and no rush attitude. The bed was very comfortable and the room was clean.

Some of the finishing touches let the room down a lot, plug sockets that were loose and came away from the wall, flickering or dead lights, no mirror on the dressing table.

Staff fantastic. Location is near the tram lines, so everything is close by. Breakfast is served beautifully with plenty of everything. Beautiful old restored building near the embasies. Near great pubs and resturants. Ceck out First Page for food. Internet connection OK.2 blocks away...We'll go back next time.

Heel huiselijk gevoel, vanaf binnenkomst tot in de kamer. Erg plezierig. Zou eigenlijk geen Best Western moeten heten maar op zichzelf moeten staan dus niet onderdeel van grote keten.

Vriendelijke medewerkers en een prettige ruime kamer.

Erg vriendelijke medewerkers. Omdat ze wisten dat we met kind en hond kwamen hadden ze voor ons een grotere kamer gereserveerd. Het kinderbedje stond al opgemaakt gereed. Aan 1 kant van de weg gratis parkeren.
