Two mansions from 1895 together make up the comfortable 3-star Best Western Hotel Petit Den Haag. The hotel has 20 elegant rooms. We felt so warmly welcomed from the moment we stepped inside the reception. The location is just across from a georgeous park with a river/pond, most relaxing! Within walking distance to town (20 mins). Breakfast was AMAZING, highest quality and a great choice offered. Will definitely stay at this fabulous hotel again. In my opinion, this Hotel is suitable to the business traveller, to families, to older folks, younger folks, all ranges!; - I really can't think of any, and I am a seasoned traveller...

The surrounding area was extremely pleasant, particularly the small area of parkland opposite the hotel. Internet connection OK.2 blocks away...We'll go back next time.; - Internet connection OK, faded out often, but still could connect. We were in building 2, and that may have been the cause.

Nogal een dun kussen op het bed.

Frank Götz Familiär preiswert und freundlich mit schöner Lage.: 2 September 2011; 7.6; + Das Petit Den Haag ist ein familiär geführtes kleineres Hotel in einem historischen Gebäude. Es liegt in einem alten Viertel Den Haags unweit der Innenstadt und den Königspalästen. Rund um das Hotel liegen teils schöne alte Villen. Gegenüber gibt es etwas Grün und Wasser. Das Hotel liegt entfernungsmäßig zwischen dem Einkaufs-Zentrum Den Haags und dem berühmten Badeort Scheveningen und beides ist innerhalb 15-20 Minuten jeweils zu Fuss zu erreichen. Also ein guter Kompromiss. Die Zimmer haben durch den Altbau unterschiedliche Zuschnitte, sind aber renoviert und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Es gibt einen Hoteleigenen Parkplatz, der aber hinter dem Gebäude liegend nur für 2-3 Fahrzeuge reicht und zudem 12,50 Euro pro Tag kostet. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und familiär, das Frühstücksbüffet überraschend vielseitig und lecker. Es gab aber nur eine Sorte Weißbrot und Vollkornbrot, keine Brötchen oder Croissants, dafür aber warme Poffertjes und abgepackte Muffins. Das Hotel ist preiswert und erfüllt seine 3 Sterne, es ist eher ein famiiliengeführtes kleines Hotel obwohl es zu Best Western gehört. Wir haben uns wohl gefühlt und würden wiederkommen.; - Das Bad könnte eine Auffrischung brauchen, bei uns ware die Fliesenfugen etwas dreckig/schimmelig. Auch klemmten die Türen etwas, was aber dem Charme des Altbaus entsprach. Die Parksituation am Hotel ist unübersichtlich, auf der Strassenseite des Hotels ist das Parken abends kostenpflichtig, auf der anderen Strassenseite angeblich nicht, obwohl sich die Schilder widersprachen. Ich habe zur Sicherheit den kostenpflichtigen Parkplatz gewählt, der abends wie eine Garage abgeschlossen und so sicher und unzugänglich ist.
