I would recommend this hotel to others.

• + Staff was very helpful and friendly.

Good location short walk from the centre

• + Very nice breakfast buffet Close to the centre Good public transport access Comfortable bedroom
• – Parking is from check in to check out (states 24hours on the website) No air conditioning in the bedroom

Don't book ground floor rooms; breakfast is excellent and included

• + Breakfast is good; close to city centre
• – Ground floor rooms have no privacy due to parking lot in the back; Room 001 is too small; Room 001 has dirty walls, inconviently located safe

Felt four stqr rating was misleading.

• + Comfortable bed and bathroom, clean and quiet,good breakfast.
• – Clearly not a four star hotel. It was good but lacks essential services of a four star hotel - for example a business center with a computer available for guests and rooms are equipped with dated non flat screen and small tvs - again not so,ething one would expect from a star hotel. While the room was comfortable and fine for the night, I felt mislead by the rating.

Not a four-star residence, but okay for the rate paid.

• + Good breakfast, nice lobby bar, close to tramline into city centre, located in residential area with several local restaurants.
• – Dirty carpets and very tired decor, noise from passing tramway.

Great room, clean shower, good breakfast

• + Breakfast was very good, staff very pleasant and helpful. Room clean (shower great). Liked kettle and tea for pre morning drink. Had a great time!
• – Something was always forgotten after room was cleaned (only one out of 2 mugs left, no spoon, forgot body lotion...).

We were able to "chill-out" very nicely

• + Very good accommodation and the manageress was very helpful in storing our bags until we were ready to go the the station, as our luggage was very lightn we travelled excellantly by tram-car. Thank you.

Very nice hotel, strongly recommend it!

• + Very nice hotel with good location, where you can walk to most of famous places. The hotel provide a map with very detailed instruction. you only need to follow it!
• – We booked two rooms, one arranged at 2nd floor which is very nice, and the other one at 4th floor on the top of the building which is half-roof and very low for 1/3 of space.

nice...but can be nicer

• + great location - not completely in the centre, but very close (10 mins) walking there
• – The drobe in our room was broken and the telephone cable was torn out. Till the end of our stay it wasn't fixed though reception was informed about it.

• + the stay was excellant and the location of the hotel was perfect. The room was very comfortable and the breakfast were excellant as well. the staff was most gracious and we enjoyed the stay
• – the only issue i have was the lack of coffee packets being replaced. we had to ask for coffee packkets 3 times
