Description
Strandhotel Duinheuvel is a charming hotel with a perfect location. The centre of Domburg, with its nice shops, terraces and entertainment venues, is only 200 metres away, while the peace and quiet of the sea and beach is even closer. The surroundings have a lot to offer, but so does the hotel itself. The breakfast buffet is set up daily in the 'Duingalerie', a room where different types of art are exhibited every three months. On most Sundays, live piano music can be enjoyed here too. The space is used for theatrical performances and lectures in wintertime.
After a nice walk on the beach or a long cycle trip, guests can relax with a drink or bite at the large reading table where art books and magazines can be found. The 35 rooms offer a lot of comfort too. Most of them are provided with a balcony or terrace, and some also have sea view. Furthermore, the rooms all have a private bathroom with a shower or bath, toilet, television, radio alarm clock and a minibar.
Food and Drinks
The delicious breakfast buffet is set up daily between 08:30 and 10:30 h. in the 'Duingalerie'. This room also serves as a lounge in daytime, where guests can relax with a drink or a bite. On bright days the atmospheric terrace is at the guests' disposal too. The hotel does not have a restaurant, but there is something for everybody's taste in the near vicinity.
