Description
The hotel is situated in the outstanding nature of the Utrechtse Heuvelrug, only a 5-minute ride from the main road A12 and yet truly peaceful. Those that love cycling, walking or horse riding can do so in the surrounding woods. Maps for walking and cycling are available at the reception. Near the hotel you will also find several castles and country estates.
All rooms are modest in size, but they all have a comfortable interior and a lovely view. The rooms offer a shower, toilet, telephone, radio alarm clock, colour television and wireless Internet (at a fee). The rooms on the first floor can be reached by elevator.
In the evening, the sauna and Turkish steambath are available to relax in. It is possible to reserve these facilities for private use as well. The wellness center also offers a room with a Wii game console. For business meetings the hotel houses a conference room and 35 meeting rooms.
Food and Drinks
The breakfast buffet is served from 07:00 till 10:00 h.
For lunch and dinner guests are welcome in Restaurant Fleuri, where the chef and his team work with organic vegetables and fruits. In the informal atmosphere of Café Kronkels you can enjoy a lovely cup of coffee with homemade apple pie. A reading table, dart board and billiards are available here. On sunny days it is possible to have lunch on the terrace at the pond.

Hotel Landgoed Zonheuvel in Doorn lies in woody surroundings that offer an abundance of cycling, walking and horseriding tracks. From the hotel it only takes 10 minutes to reach train station Driebergen-Zeist.
