Hotel het Galjoen is located in the city centre of Dronten in Flevoland. This province offers a range of activities. One can for example go shopping in 'Batavia Stad Shopping Outlet'. Lelystad also houses the air plane theme park 'Aviodrome' and the wharf 'Bataviawerf'. Bird watchers can spend hours on end in the observation huts at the national reserve 'Oostvaardersplassen' on the outskirts of Lelystad.

*my tipthe steaks in De Rede von Dronden restaurant (less than 50m away from the hotel) are a must - way too many potatoes with them, but the meat as such is de-li-cious

I was impressed by the staff, when i arrived the lady welcomed me very well, it was as if she knew us from before. and all the staff were of great assistance explaining all the things to us. The hotel is also at a very good place near the shops, bus station, infact all the thing need are at ur desposal;clubs, food stores, restaurant i gues it it stands in the midle of the town. and the transpotation to and from is not difficult.

I was informed when i was booking the room that i will have the working telefon, but while there, i found a telephone which was not functioning, i didnt have internet in the room. the other slight thing was that, the beddings were not changed all the twodays we were there we used the same beddings.
