Description
Hostel Het Rustige Heuveltje is located in a quiet environment and the fine air of the woods provides a unique ambiance. The hostel is comfortable, old-fashioned but from this time. The hotel has general rooms which you can use, you can read a book or watch television. On the terrace you can enjoy a snack or a drink overlooking the farmlands of the Dwingelder Es.
Het Rustige Heuveltje is easily accessible by car. The hostel has no parking, but the car can be parked on the street for free. If you bring your bike, then the hostel has an indoor bicycle parking. It is also possible to charge your electric scooter.
The hostel has 17 rooms. These have their own shower and toilet and have their own seat. In addition, the hotel has 4 rooms suitable for disabled guests. After a lovely walk or bike ride along the beautiful farms, the sheep or the National Park Dwingelderveld, you can stay here very comfortable.
Food and Drinks
After a good night sleep, you can enjoy a lovely breakfast buffet the next morning. Breakfast is served from 08:30 until 09:30 hours. The hotel also has a small and friendly restaurant where Dutch cost is served from 18:00 hours. The hostel does not have a bar. You need to reserve dinner the day before.

- The hotel does not have a 24-hour reception. Guests can check in until 16:00 h. In case you would like to check in after 16:00 h., you need to contact the reception in advance.
- The guests can pay in the hotel by cash or pin.
- An additional bed can be placed in the room on request for €26.50 a night.

Surroundings
Dwingeloo consists of beautiful landscapes and is very quiet. The Dutch village is situated next to the National Park Dwingelderveld which is wonderful to discover by bike or walking paths. If you are lucky, you will see the shepherd with his herd of sheep. In Dwingeloo you can visit Planetron with the stars observatory. With the spectacular space theater you will get to know everything about the solar system.
