loverly place to stay,quiet

situated in a loverly village,this was the perfect place for us to stay.we were in holland for the assen round of the british superbikes and the hotel is 15 minutes from the track down three roads.loverly food ,and very clean the hotel is very old,rustic with a thatched roof.beutiful.

The bar and restaurant were quaint and cosy,the standard of both breakfast and dinner, very good.
Hotel is situated in the centre of quiet village and a perfect location cycling or walking holiday.

Stairs to bedroom accomodation narrow and steep, not suitable for elderly or disabled guests, difficult for any guest with large items of luggage - a medium or large suitcase.
We paid for a deluxe room however the carpet was very stained and the bedcover/counterpane was also stained. The bathroom was very small but adequate however, with no extractor fan or a window that opened, it was not ideal. No bathmat or shower mat were provided and care had to be taken, floor was slippery stepping in and out of shower.
