The hotel is located in the Lichttoren tower, where Philips used to test light bulbs. Nowadays the transformed building houses a restaurant, fitness center, an art gallery and a parking garage.

- Warme kleuren.
- - De 15 EURO die achteraf nog betaald moest worden voor het parkeren in de parkeergarage. Dit werd volgens mij op de website en aan de balie vooraf niet vermeld.
- De 2 matrassen van het dubbel persoonsbed die steeds van elkaar afschoven.

- leuk concept, meer designhotel dan Arthotel (kunst was niet aanwezig )
- goede locatie, aardige kamers, schitterende badkamer.
Aardig personeel, behalve tijdens uitchecken.
- Tijdens uitchecken geeft medewerker aan dat ik 50 euro extra moet betalen vanwege ontbijt. Gelukkig had ik een uitdraai van uw site, waarop stond dat het ontbijt inclusief was.
Haar arrogantie en het feit dat ze geen excuus aanbood toen bleek dat ik toch gelijk had deed afbreuk aan ons verblijf dat verder prima was verlopen.

- Uitstekende toevoeging aan het aanbod van zakelijke hotels in Eindhoven (Dorint, Holiday Inn e.d.) Sterke punten zijn de ligging en het goede comfort van de kamers.
- Het hotel is nieuw. Her en der zie je dat er nog zaken geplaatst moeten worden, of nog wat geknutseld moet worden. Je kiest dit hotel ook vanwege ligging en de prima kamers, niet vanwege faciliteiten zoals zwembad en dergelijke.

- Een mooi, nieuw hotel op een prima locatie.
- Mooi art hotel op een prima locatie. Goed ontvangst met drankje. Vriendelijk, behulpzaam en servicegericht personeel. Kamer lekker ruim, stijlvol ingericht, mooi, schoon en comfortabel. Fijn Senseo en draadloos internet! Ontbijt was goed verzorgd.
- Openbare ruimtes beneden waren nog niet klaar (jammer).
Bewegwijzering in de parkeergarage is slecht. Ontbijt was goed maar prijs veel te hoog. Temperatuur in de kamer was te laag, geen mogelijkheid gevonden om zelf de temperatuur aan te passen. Water in wasbak en bad liep niet goed weg. Heel jammer dat de minibar op twee flesjes water na, helemaal leeg was.

- Als je kunst kunt delen geniet je dubbel.
- Kunst is mooi als je jezelf daar voor open stelt.
Dat ondek je meteen bij je entree, met bloemen wordt je ontvangen. De receptie bestaat namelijk uit twee prachtige reuze grote kleurrijke bloemen. De gastvrije ontvangst is bovenal vriendelijk en allerhartelijkst.
Ook de eigen parkeer mogelijkheid geeft je een gevoel van SERVICE. Even je auto nummer doorgeven en garagedeuren gingen Automatisch open.
Echt in het centrum van de stad en dicht bij het PSV stadion.
Dus als voetganger, is het slecht's een kwestie van minuten om je doel in de stad of het stadion te bereiken.

- Personeel zeer vriendelijk! Mooie kamers!
- Nog niet afgewerkt. Kamer was koud! Ook de gang van kamer naar receptie (tussenhal) was ijskoud. Je kan de verwarming niet zelf regelen, niet handig. Ook 's morgens best koud om te douchen, 's nacht dan weer behoorlijk warm om te kunnen slapen. Ondergrondse garage, is moeilijk aangegeven, bij het buitenrijden gaat de poort niet automatisch open, ...

- Ga logeren als je van iets anders houdt!
- De service was fantastisch. We werden ontvangen met een drankje. De kamer was geweldig met een heel groot bad. De inrichting was waanzinnig. Het personeel deed alles om het naar je zin te maken. Leuke bar met kundige bediening. Ook de ligging van het hotel is prima. Je bent zo in het centrum van de stad. Een zekere aanrader.
- Het enige was dat er problemen waren bij het uitrijden van de parkeergarage. Je moet tot de stopstreep oprijden en dan maakt het personeel de deur open. Maar niemand was attent genoeg om de deur te openen. Je moet dus van te voren bij de receptie aangeven dat je weggaat. Dit probleem wordt binnenkort opgelost. Ze zijn nog maar net open en dit is één van de kinderziektes die ze nog hebben. Komt zeker goed.
