Description

Sycamore is very suitable for both business travelers and tourists and is only a few minutes from Central Station. Theatres, museums, university, restaurants, cinema and shopping areas are within easy walking distance. Around Eindhoven you can enjoy hiking, biking, canoeing, playing golf, etc.

Sycamore can offer a comfortable room, or a luxury suite for groups or families. All rooms have their unique attractive decoration with authentic windows and light oak parquet floors with woollen carpets. Further there is a shower or a bath, toilet, hair dryer and coffee/tea making facilities. A cot can be placed for free in the room on request.

Food and Drinks

A delicious breakfast can be served with homemade bread, coffee (Nespresso), freshly squeezed orange juice, different kinds of tea, etc.
There is no restaurant or bar, but there are numerous places on walking distance (750m), where you can enjoy a drink or an excellent meal.

Guests of Sycamore have free access to highspeed wireless internet.

- There is no 24-hour reception. Check-in is from 17:00 to 23:00 h. and/or later after consultation with the owner.
- It is not possible to play with a credit card.
- An additional bed can be placed on request in the Carfagna Room.

- Luggage can be stored after check-out (in consultation).

Surroundings

Eindhoven has a vibrant city centre with an abundance of shops, restaurants, bars and outdoor cafés. Sycamore B&B is located in a charming avenue in the heart of the centre, between old sycamore trees and historic buildings. The central train station is less than a kilometre away. By train you can easily reach Amsterdam and The Hague.

No noise, just birds singing and owner who playing piano or quitar. Coffee was good and free. Mr. Jos is excellent host. It was very easy to get into the city centre from there and there is a bus stop almost right outside that goes to the station. I really enjoyed my stay. However, the most impressive was the owner of the house- very interesting, friendly, helpful and talkative; - it was quite difficult to guess that this house is a hotel, because of lack of any sign or advertisment in front of it. We had to ask the neighbour for help, but she also didn't know that this house was "Bed and Breakfast'

Anonymous Voorbereiding is het halve werk: 21 November 2011; 7.2; + Dichtbij Centrum Mooie B&B Huiselijk & Vriendelijk; - Dekbed was iets te dun voor de tijd van het jaar. Ontbijt had wat georganiseerder kunnen zijn. Vooral als je niet weet wat je mag pakken uit de gezamenlijke koelkast.

De zeer persoonlijke ontvangst van de eigenaar is warm en gastvrij. Claudia Prima adresje!: 1 November 2010; 7.8; + Mooi huis, mooie buurt, toch lekker dicht bij de stad. Gezellige gastheer, prima in orde; - Bedden niet heel comfortabel, zeker het 5e bijzetbed niet. Privacy soms niet heel groot (op de bovenste verdieping zit de Trevi-suite en een twee persoonskamer. Zit heel dicht bij elkaar en als je naar de badkamer loopt die bij de suite hoort, kun je de buurman tegen het lijf lopen...
