Not nice receptionist

The smoke detector or some other thing in the room is making noises in the night.
I asked the receptionist - at what time the first bus leaves to the airport. She didn't check and said around 6.00. We woke up with my little sister and there was another receptionist, much nicer, I asked him, he said i WILL CHECK! It took him 30 sec. and he said at 7.00!
So Maybe you could make all your receptionist like this guy..

The room was not cleaned for a day. The bathrooms are designed for the bath tub, but if you use the shower, which most business travelers prefer, there is no way u cant spill the water on the floor.

Excelent location,very clean,a big bed and friendly staff. Also,a large bathroom with a BATHTUB wich is very rare in Holland (at this price).

Many restaurants near the hotel,so kind of noisy at bedtime.
Not so many TV channels and the most are in dutch.

Noisy if you are in the front of the hotel. The hotel needs redecoration, for example our room had a broken main light, a small hole in the wall and staines on the carpet and ceiling. Hallway also had lots of staines on the carpet.The hotel hallways also had a musty smell about it. In general the hotel has seen better days!

Nice hotel for reasonable price in the absolute center of Eindhoven

Very nice smaller hotel located in the center of Eindhoven. A lot of resturants, pubs and shops in the neighbourhood. Very friendly staff. Excellent breakfast.

We came by car, and it was i bit difficult to find the hotel by GPS, since it was locaded in a pedestrian area. But we found a parking house not far away.
Breakfast was not included.

The linin looked clean but once slept on the bed sheet and under the blanket, it was not comfortable. Then I looked closely, there was dust all over it!
On the first night, I droped a small piece of seed on the floor and it was still there on the floor when I came back for the second night. AFTER the cleanning had been done!
