Location really good.
The check-out was awful. The credit card machine did not work which was not the receptionists fault. But she could have been just a little bit apolegetic and humble about it. I had to go to a cash machine and I felt that she was rude towards me. After all I had been staying for 4 nights.
*my tipShopping was good just around the corner
Comfortable bed, ok breakfast next door in the bakery, nice if you like sweets in the morning.
Only one small and one big towel in the room. We had to ask twice on different days for two towels. A C was either off or on full blast over the bed. There was no sink in the tiny toilet, it was located on the other side of the wall next to the shower and bath. We asked for an accessible room, but were upgraded to an executive room instead.
*my tipLocated in a walking only area with a lot of shops and some restaurants. We had a very hard time finding a kiosk or shop to buy water from in the evening.
Beds superb slept great. Ideal location. Everything on your doorstep. Definitely stay there when in Eindhoven.
The staff we're brilliant.
