  • (Travelling alone)
  • + The price was much cheaper for 8 nights stay
  • (Travelling alone)
Excellent price quality ratio
  • + The room (with toilet and shower) was clean and of sufficient size. The bed was really comfortable. The hotel is located only about 10-15 minutes by bus from the city center and there are 3 bus lines stopping very close to the hotel (Korianderstraat bus lines 7, 17, 173). Price quality ratio of this budget hotel is excellent compared to the other hotels in Eindhoven.
  • The stairs are very steep (no elevator) and small. There was even a small refrigerator in the room but unfortunately it did not work. The mostly young hotel guests can be a bit noisy during the night.
  • * my tip Two small restaurants (cafeteria Döner point), a grocery shop and a toy shop are located in less than about 250 meters distance. You need to have a cell phone with you, otherwise you will not be able to reach the building manager to open the door arrange for the keys on the first day.

it s not a hotel
  • + the place is very laid back, it has basically no reception, and is located very closely to the city centre. the hotel has very cheap fares, we found them to be even cheaper than the hostels we had found online
  • it was surprising to find out that the hotel was more like a hostel, with a shared kitchen. we stayed in room 2 and we could smell the cigarette smokes coming from outside (the room has a door which leads to the backyard). also, its walls are extremely thin, we could hear everything going on in the kitchen, though at night the hotel gets very very quiet
  • * my tip you should write down on your webpage that your hotel is more like a hostel with a shared kitchen

Prefect stay close to Eindhoven airport!
  • + I would like to highlight, that service was very good and despite of fact, that they had small renovation jobs, everything was explained to me, and I had a wonderful stay! Coffee and tea is available all day long in kitchen, bathroom is clean and nice. Thank you very much for welcoming me so nice, and If I will ever need to stay again close to Eindhoven, I will definately go back!
  • * my tip Very good location for reaching Eindhoven airport!
  • (Travelling alone)
only oif you have littel money to spend.
  • + cheap, location, clean
  • no internet; shared toilet / shower; all very basic
  • (Friends)
  • + Just like I was at my home, and the owner is excellent.
  • Not really any I found.
  • * my tip A supermarket is very close to the place and also a coffee shop ;)
  • (Young couples)
  • + chambre agréable et spacieuse. Accueil agréable
  • Des voisins bruyants et peu respecteux des heures
  • (Other)
nice location and comfortable
  • (Travelling alone)
Affordable and simple hotel in a quiet area
  • + Good location, affordable price.
  • 1) Unclear that bathroom was not part of bedroom. 2) No toilet paper available on 1st night 3) Hotel fees were charged at moment of booking rather than to charge at day of arrival. Hotel says that is not true but that is not true either: my credit card has been charged in full on the day of booking and they did not cancel that charge.
  • * my tip If you do not mind that the bathroom and shower is a separate room, than you can make use of this hotel, of course.

nice home-alike hotel
  • (Young couples)
Simple and comfortable
  • + Clean, comfortable, bright, tidy. Sink, fridge, table and chairs in the room, WC and shower (incl.washing machine and dryer) just near our room. Small kitchen downstairs with all you need. Place outside city center, rather calm. Accessible via bus from central station.
  • Had to call to check-in (not a big deal really); window was to the street - noisy.
  • (Travelling alone)
a good chice for one night
  • + the hotel is very clean
  • smell of food from other clients of the hotel
  • (Travelling alone)
not qualified!
  • I already knew it was more a simple room, but i was surprised by its hygien and the smell of the room. The toile and the shower was really not that clean, and the kitchen was scary. I do not recommand anyone who has budget of 50 euro to spend a night here. You could book earlier to stay in Campanile in the same price but much normal quality.
  • (Travelling alone)
Low rent budget hostel more than a hotel
  • + Difficult to locate desk clerk, as was given the wrong address. Spartan rooms, but the shared bath was clean.
  • (Friends)
  • + Good location (in a very quiet and beautiful community) and clean.
  • It is a little bit expensive for 28 Euro per night since it's not a really hotel.
  • (Travelling alone)
Budget hotel, next to bus stop, room is ok but bathroom needs care !
  • + The room was small but warm and tidy.
  • The hotel is a bit far from the city center, still walkable but not too great in the cold. The room I slept in was actually further than the address of the hotel where I was only given the key. The shared bathroom was not super clean, and there was no toilet paper !

OK budget hotel
  • + It is a budget hotel 15 min bus ride away from the centre. It is generally OK. There was a bed and free Internet and the place was tidy. Roadwork immediately next to Leenderweg 285 was completed in the beginning of November 2009, so it should be quite nice and quiet there. And the diverted buses go along a nearby street.
  • If you arrive late at night at Leenderweg 285 then you will find a notice that the reception is at Leenderweg 176. Also, there is roadwork going on until mid February 2010 so that most of Leenderweg is closed and buses are diverted. The roadwork is of course Force Majeure for the hotel people:

very nice stay it was too! : )
  • + the manager was very helpfull and it was close to to the city etc. parking was very good too, was impressed when chris the manager bought a carry cot specially for my 7 month old son
  • bed was bit uncomvertable and pilow not the best

Hostel, not a hotel in Eindhoven
  • + Renovated, comfortable rooms, internet connection. Interesting self service breakfast.
  • It's pretty good hostel, but not a hotel. They don't have a reception and this can make a trouble sometime.
  • (Travelling alone)
You get what you pay for!!!!!!!!!..
  • + Free Parking.... Interesting breakfast bar!!!!!(do it yourself! )
  • Stairs!!
  • (Travelling alone)
This is not a hotel, its hostel type accomodation.
  • + Cheap and clean.
  • The advertisment is very misleading. I had a job to find it even though it is in a main road. It really should not be adbvertised as a hotel it is more a hostel/ converted house only suitable for students. Even though it is cheap it is not a hotel.

very pleasent stay in eindhoven
