The hotel serves a continental breakfast buffet in the breakfast area every weekday between 07:00 and 10:00 and at weekends between 07:30 and 11:00. Guests can enjoy a tasty meal or something to drink in the informal and cosy hotel restaurant, de Brasserie. There is an extensive menu featuring the most enticing dishes. In addition to this, the restaurant offers a good wine list. 10 wines selected from the list are poured into glasses. This way, guests can acquaint themselves with many different flavour sensations.
It is possible to lunch or dine on the terrace in the summer, with its views across the garden and the splashing fountain. During the winter a warm, open hearth blazes and heats indoors. There is plenty to experience in terms of sporty relaxation in the Sportbar Down Under. You can play billiards, darts, snooker and of course order a nice drink.

Surroundings
Regardz Heerlickheijd van Ermelo lies in the age-old woods of Ermelo. An archeological bike ride through the Speulder and Sprielder woods offers guests an interesting introduction to the area's history. The village of Ermelo is within 15 minutes walking distance. Here, guests can pay a visit to, among other things, the Nature and Environment Educational Centre and the smallest brewery in The Netherlands, the Burg Bieren, which is also in Ermelo. Visitors can discover the secrets of the brewing process in the brewing attic.
