  • (Travelling alone)
For a hotel with panache.
  • + steam room and swimming pool. Lovely surroundings and great balcony with view for as far as the eye can see.
  • Staff not so friendly or as accommodating as I have come to expect from Fletcher Hotels..
  • (Travelling alone)
Pleasant rural location, rooms v. good, reception service middling
  • 1. Airco-appliance in bedroom a bit noisy; kept waking me up all night, so I opened balcony door to make the machine stop. 2. At breakfast, the "Rembrandt"-room (restaurant) did not have enough tables/chairs for all the hotel guests, so some people had to wait some time to be seated.
  • (Travelling alone)
Value for money getaway
  • (Older couples)
A nice place to be, young or old, alone, with friends or family
  • + extra plus point for me is the little paper you find at your door in the morning with the weater on it and how too spend your day.
  • no minus points
  • (Families with young children)
Wonderfully relaxing, high quality family destination.
  • + This hotel exceeded our expectations. Nothing at all was too much trouble for the staff. We asked for a couple of things, i.e. an extra blanket and as it wasn't immediately available, the front desk kept us informed of when it would arrive. They also opened a bowling lane early for us as we needed to leave at an earlier time. The spa was excellent, as was the breakfast. Something to keep the whole family occupied constantly. Most highly recommended.
  • The only minus point was that the room temperature was very cool. Given that the weather had deteriorated considerably in the few days before we arrived, it was too cool at night to feel comfortable and we couldn't get the radiators to operate. Extra blankets sufficed though more heat would have been pleasing.
  • (Young couples)
  • + Room size good, sauna and facilities nice.
  • We had a special offer, regular price I feel is too high.
  • (Families with older children)
nice hotel
  • + As comfort as home.
  • Telephone should be charged lower, especially when the custmer using 0900 line which only cost one euro-cent per minute.
  • (Older couples)
Excellent place to stay.
  • + Great location, excellent rooms, great facilities and the staff were friendly (to the extreme), The resteraunt was first class with the prices being reasonable and excellent service. Would reccommend to all as an excellent place to stay.
  • (Friends)
  • + For a 5 star hotel we thought the public would keep in mind that one expects the rules of dressing; so no caps etc. in restaurant and breakfastroom!
  • No possibilitiy to reach the frontdoor by car just to have the opportunity to get out of the car for people being not too good on one's legs.
  • (Friends)
  • (Travelling alone)
  • + I really enjoyed staying at this hotel. It was peaceful, in a beautiful setting, with a fabulous restaurant menu.
  • The airconditioning was really irritating and noisy, but you can switch it off if you remove the cover. The foyer was very smokey. Not very nice to walk through.
  • (Young couples)
  • + Beautiful but remote. A lot of space and peace.
  • The spa was not quite alright. We could use it only after 17:00, the water (pool, whirl pools, showers) was pretty chilly, the steam room was not operating (had to ask to switch it on at the reception). The breakfast was a 3 star hotel breakfast served with warm coffee! The heating in the room was a big problem.
  • (Young couples)
  • (Families with young children)
  • + -Location is great -rooms are nice
  • -very immature staff (where is the manager?) -food was not great (want's to be a five starr hotel) -very cheap taste -busstop in front of the hotel?
  • (Other)
  • + Prima uitvalsbasis voor fietstochten. Zeer luxe uitstraling. Rookvrij restaurant. Heerlijk ontbijtbuffet.
  • Stoelen in restaurant zitten lekker, maar zijn niet geschikt om mee aan tafel te zitten.
