Volgens het boekingsformulier hadden we een kamer in het gebouw 4 Linden met bedstee. Dat leek ons leuk maar bij aankomst in het kregen we een kleine kamer (leek een beetje op een zolderkamer) in het hotel zelf. Is op zich geen probleem maar zo stond het niet in de boeking. Het hotel was telefonisch niet bereikbaar vrijdag d.d. 22-1-2010. We wilden even bellen dat we wat later die avond aankwamen. Wel gevraagd hoe dat kon maar werd een beetje afgewimpeld van "er waren wat problemen met uitbellen...". Ook deed de pinautomaat voor de Creditcard het niet. Ze hadden er al een tijdje problemen mee....Dan denk ik: zorg dat het wel werkt...

Public can use Gym and Pool. Room was set at 24deg, with no way of cooling it as this is apparently set by the management. Why bother to have aircon. Poor toiletries and poor quality towels.

Nice hotel in lovely location, but not easy to find in the dark.

Despite arriving late (due to French ferry strike and traffic chaos around Antwerp), we received a friendly welcome ad room was well-prepared for our arrival.

A fire alarm at 07.45 (false) was not the best way to be woken after a long journey. To be honest, we thought the breakfast buffet was dull - overcooked boiled eggs, air-dried cheese and bread was not very fresh, with no opportunity to toast.

Clean, friendly hotel located right in the main square, which is a few hundred yards from the water front. The service was fine with everything we requested, including secure bike storage, being provided without any fuss.

Rooms were very hot on what was a very hot day/night. Torn between leaving the window open and providing an all night buffet for every biting insect around, or suffocating with the heat!

Very friendly hotel, Tea and coffee facilities in the rooms(!), DVD player, well located for travel to both Arnhem and Nijmegen. Price/Quality balance is very good. Handy for restaurants and local shops.

Harsh matress protectors mean it's not as comfortable as it could be and the beds are a bit soft for my taste.

Young staff very helpfull in this not very quite hotel

The hotel is located just outside Nijmegan and is easy to get to. It has a lift for ease of access to the rooms and the staff are very attentive and helpful. An elderly couple arrived without a wheelchair and the young staff spent several hours ringing around to loan one for there stay,

Some rooms have adjoining doors so you can hear all the noises from next door. The hotel it self is bare brick built and you can hear doors shutting and slamming on floors above and below. Not good for a nights sleep.
