Characterful, slightly eccentric hotel that we really warmed to.

Clean and characterful hotel on the edge of a shopping precinct in the heart of Geldrop. Several really good restaurants and bars within walking distance. Owner was friendly and made a decent Dutch style breakfast.

Parking is in the precinct car park a little distance from the hotel, it took a little courage to leave the car there, however it was not a problem. Arrived at about 20.30 hours after spending all day on the road. Was given the key by a delightful young lady in her pyjamas, had a brief rundown of arrangements with the owner and was then left to it as they retired to bed! Was expecting at least a drink......... however superb italian restaurant just down the road was fantastic.
*my tipBe aware of the precint parking and the seemingly early bedtime. Read the inscriptions on the walls and try to follow them.
