The Holiday Inn Express Gent was renovated in 2006 and has a fresh, trendy design. There are many additional amenities such as a laundry service and a gift shop. The hotel can easily be reached by car thanks to its location near the motorway E17 and E40. There are 150 parking spaces at the hotel. By bus you can reach the centre of Ghent within 20 minutes and the bus stop is opposite the hotel.

For children and sports lovers the nearby Park Blaarmeersen is a must, around the pond is a sandy beach and there are four playgrounds.
