Het ontbijt is een echt pluspunt, netjes verzorgt en veel keus. De kwaliteit is goed! De bedden zijn ok en de airco ook.

Afstandelijke receptie, kleine ongezellige kamers die gedateerd zijn. De gang naar de kamers is erg smal en laag, de deuren van de kamers deden mij denken aan een deur van een koelcel. Ik kon niet recht staan in de douche omdat het bad waarin ik stond zo smal was. Mijn ellebogen kwamen tegen de muur, zo smal. Het kluisje staat gewoon los in de kast. De wc bril en de douchestang zaten los.

I requested and booked in advance a double bed room and I was given a room with two single beds!

The bedding (duvet covers) smell so much of an unpleasant washing detergent that the whole room has the same stench.
The tea and coffee facilities were not checked properly, as there were no teabags.
I find it not very hospitable that as soon as you check in for the one night, you need to pay in advance, including an additional deposit of €50 for the odd chance that you use something from the mini bar and checkout, without informing them.

Problem with front desk help. My wife to wake me for a wake-up call at 5:00 and the desk help told her that I was not answering my phone. When I called down to the front desk, they called back and my phone rang. I'm guessing the desk help early in the morning perhaps was unfamiliar with the phone system?

Spacious, well laid out room. Lots of useful extra's e.g. toothbrush and paste, brush and comb, sponge, cleansing products etc.

Cobwebs in room, layer of thick accumalated dust on some items e.g. hairdryer hose, hairs and dirt in sink. At breakfast some of the cooked food was not replensished. Problems with credit card was an error with your machine, no apologies given. Room was very cold on arrival. No safe in room.
