The rooms were not cleaned, we stayed there for 3 nights, only one time made only the beds, the carpet was very dirty. The bed was very uncomfortable with all polyester pillows and blankets. Could not open the windows since the balcony served also as an outside corrider, so people were passing before our windows. No fridge in the room.
Staff not helpful at all, like zombies, who talks just machine, does not hear what I ask for.

Er was maar 1 koffie/cappucine apparaat en daardoor heb ik echt lang staan wachten op een kopje koffie. We vonden het ook iets te donker in het restaurant (voor diner geen probleem voor tijdens het ontbijt wil je toch een beetje wakker worden).

Shower faucets were old fashioned hot and cold faucets. Which wouldn't be a problem if the hot water temperature would stay below the boiling point.
