You can take walking or cycling trips directly from Best Western Plus City Hotel Gouda, starting from the historic centre of Gouda. Aside from visiting Gouda, it's also nice to explore the area and see the famous windmills at Kinderdijk or take a day trip to Rotterdam. The Heksenwaag Museum (The Witches Weighhouse) in Oudewater, 15 km from the hotel, will certainly fire your imagination, as it offers a 300-year history of witch persecution. Change the cleaning company

The check in wasn't possible at 2 PM as was promised, instead we waited for 45 min because the room was not cleaned yet! However, next morning we were surprised by the cleaner who knocked on our door at 10 and again before 11.
The bathroom does not have a door so all the noises from the shower/tub are quite disturbing.
