Aldhem Hotel Grobbendonk lies in the Belgian province of Antwerp, in the Kempen area. Grobbendonk is a half hour drive from Turnhout and Antwerpen. Worth seeing in Turnhout are the medieval castle of the dukes of Brabant, the beguinage, the church St. Pieter and the neo-classicistic city hall. Also Antwerp offers numerous beautifuil buildings such as the magnificent BVM cathedral and the renaissance style city hall (Stadhuis) on the Grote Markt. Besides, it's a great city for shopping. The beguinage and the belfry in Lier are on the UNESCO World Heritage List and the city hall is built in typical Brabant rococo style.
