- Pleasant reception staff. Dogs allowed. Under-roof seating outside for smokers.
- Very expensive internet connections. No smoking rooms. Noise from the highway junction - not sound-proof windows.

- Great and friendly personnel. Quite and relaxing location. Nerve soothing stay.
- Exercise area is small. You need a free weight area and a mat area for stretching - yoga. Internet expensive and unreliable. If Internet stops working there is no help on the side. I lost one day of my work and one day of Internet payment - no refund from KPN. You need some leverage with KPN to assist guests or at least to help with refunds. You need some repair service 7 days/week and faster. I had to repair the stopper in my bathroom hand basin twice. Other repairs that were needed - entry door had to be slammed hard to close - waking neighbours. The balkony door needs to open fromn the outside or the key needs to be in the room.

- the Turkish steam bath is great though not particularly a nice room. However, it definitely does the job! The restaurant also offers an interesting menu though I wonder how often it is changed.
- the squeaky gym equipment. Could do with an oil! Sadly, no swimming pool.
