In the most beautiful part of Haarlem. Right in the centre surrounded by all the old buildings, lovely setting. Just far enough down the main square to be quiet enough to get a good nights sleep. ”

Excellent place on the old square.
Kind and helpful staff
Extremely small room and bathroom
A good value although nothing fancy.
central locaion in Haarlem; 10 to 15 minutes from train station, friendly & accomodating staff, chep overseas phone calls and internet
huge flight of stairs to get to small lobby; only one light by bed; one light burned out in floorlamp; towels thin & flimsy, sheer curtains very dusty - noticeable when window was open.
The rooms were very old fashioned a little though t to decor could improve the overall impact
clean at a reasonable price
The staff were very friendly and helpfull as when we checked out they stored are luggage for a time with no extra charge.
The bathroom was very small
A charming small hotel

Amadeus Hotel, haarlem
A very nice quaint hotel in the middle of Haarlem. Personnel is extremely friendly and cooperative. We would surely come back.
Somewhat noisy during the night for those of us who had rooms facing the Market.
(Families with older children)
bathroom is very very very very small
Excellent place to stay, but not for those with disabilities.
Just an excellent place to stay. Staff was very helpful.
Entry into the hotel requires a climb up fairly steep stairs, so those who have difficulty climbing stairs should not book here.
Good value for money hotel in Haarlem
Excellent location right on the Grote Markt in Haarlem
Comprehensive and tasty breakfast
Room was small but comfortable and no complaints for the price which was excellent value for money.

Friendly, clean and good value
The beds were spotless and the breakfast was fantastic. Coffee and tea making facilities in room which isn't always the case in Europe. Couldn't be in a better location. Ten minute walk from the station and 2 minutes from loads of restaurants. Innes was very friendly and made us feel welcome.
The rooms are basic and small. The en suite was more like a cupboard but functioned well and was spotlessly clean.
Good hotel but very basic
Location and price are a plus. Staff is very friendly and accommodating.
Room (34) was too basic. Placement of bed was uncomfortable and only so to accommodate tv watching. Placing a comfortable chair in the room would be a great improvement.
