De Zoete Inval has a 4-star rating, so that guests are guaranteed comfort and excellent service. In the lounge guests can comfortably relax and watch television or have a nice chat. Amsterdam Schiphol Airport can be reached within 15 minutes. At the beach of Zandvoort you can go for a walk or a swim. It is really difficult to find the right way to the hotel, especially in evening. You will find you are in the wild and really do not know where you are and it is also difficult to find anyone for asking help, not mention taxi. The service was really bad. They did not want to tell us the way to the hotel even after we sent several emails. The reception' attitude was very very bad when we asked her to tell us the way to hotel by phone. And they even did not say any sorry words to us when we arrived at the hotel and just said "finally you find it"! No breakfast and the room is not nice.

We were not aware that we need to pay the advance rent. One of our friend who was staying there went to hotel at 9 PM alone and reception didnt give him the permission to enter the room because we didnt pay the second day rent. He didnt have the money so he waited for us for 5 Hrs in the reception. I just want to ask if this the way to treat the people? We had all the luggage at hotel and how could we leave it without paying the rent. Is this the humanity?

Kristina Ein super Hotel!: 31 August 2010; 8.0; + Die Mitarbeiter an der Reception waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit als wir uns über die Zugverbindung informieren wollten. Danke für die nette Hilfe!; - Die Haltestelle für den Zug war uns leider zu weit weg vom Hotel. Man sagte uns die Entfernung liegt bei etwa 10 Minuten. Wir hatten aber bei normalen Tempo einen Fußmarsch von mind. 20 Minuten, so dass wir uns am letzten Tag dazu entschieden haben, mit dem Auto bis zur Haltestelle zu fahren.
