Van der Valk Hotel Hardegarijp-Leeuwarden is only 5 kilometres from Leeuwarden. The village has a railway station (Hurdegaryp) where trains depart for Groningen and Leeuwarden. The hotel has a cosy restaurant, and in summer you can also sit on the terrace.
