The staff is excellent; very pleasant and professional. I particularly enjoyed the swimming pool, sauna, and steam room - very relaxing.

The matresses are not framed so during the night, they tend to split and leave a large gap in the middle of the bed; very uncomfortable. Your exercise equipment, although new, is difficult to adjust from one weight to another. A guide for each piece would be very helpful.

Great rooms decent restaurant good staff.

The hotel has no facilities at all to cater for business people: it is 100% a tourist hotel. If you want a porter you have to book him at reception and pay for him, wi-fi no chance, no mini bar in room. Restaurant seats about 500 people and gets very hot, crowded and noisy ar peak times.

Very good restaurant, and nice and comfy bar. The breakfast was so far one of the best I've eaten in a Hotel. Fresh pastry, and the scrambled eggs didn not swim in water.

Beds were way too soft. But from my experience I would say this is the same throughout the rest of the Netherlands. So it's not really a minus-point of the hotel, but rather for the Netherlands ;) Nevertheless, this was one of the reasons I rated comfort quite low. The other reason was the temperature. The time I was there was wuite warm outside, and the heat in the room did not dissipate. Even during the night with the window open. So for somebody like me who likes to sleep in a cool room, it was not very agreeable. The service in the restaurant was very good one day. To the point that I was shamed that I did not have any coins with me to leave as tip. The other day it was horrible. But that depends a lot on the person that is servicing you. Apart from that, the service in the hotel did not leave anything to complain.

The beds were comfortable. Many of the staff in the restaurant were very friendly and professional. The restaurant food was good. The reception and lounge areas look nice since they were renovated.

The bathroom showers had mold / mildew along the tiles. The lighting in the room entry area was too dim. The elevator had a bad odor.

Personel was very polite and helpful. I would not recommend Your hotel to persons who had any kind of allergy (about 40% of all people) Ad aspecially not for families with children.

Full soft carpets which cannot get cleaned are very bad for me because I have allergy. In addition there was a dog in the rom between me, plus dogs inside the restaurang and reception which caused me bad symptoms - despite my taking allergy medicine through the time in the hotell. Also all my clothes were full of the animal dust and I have had a big work for washing everyting (coat, jackets, etc.) after coming home. In Finland we have in ALL HOTELS rooms with wooden or stone floors for allergic persons and it is never allowed to bring animals intyo the restaurang or hotel inside. Our aleergy associations are very much concerned of full soft carpets and therefore they are not anymore used in any public places (40 % of children have nowadays allergy). I am very allergic to cats and dogs and therefore I relly had difficulties to breath in your hotel.

Redelijke prijs/kwaliteit verhouding

Het hotel is mooi gelegen aan de rand van een park. Het hotel heeft diverse faciliteiten zoals, zwemband, sauna, fitness. Het hotel straalt luxe uit. Uitgebreid ontbijt buffet.

Wil je een niet rokerskamer, dan moet je daar specifiek naar vragen. Dit wist ik niet, zodat we veel last hadden van rokersstank in de kamer en de gang. Douche geen ventilator, douche kitranden en naden bij douchedeur beschimmeld. Dames bij de receptie vond ik niet zo vriendelijk, de rest van het personeel wel. Het eten a la card viel tegen, vlees in aangebrand vet gebakken, gebakken aarddappel en groenten leken opgewarmd.

Dichtbij de autoweg. Rustig hotel, zowel in de lounge, als in de gangen naar de kamers. Geluiddempende vloerbedekking. Vriendelijk, oplettend personeel. Uitstekend ontbijt, in rustige ambiance.

Diner soms wat massaal, vooral bij lopend buffet. Dan is het door de grote ruimte moeilijk een rustige plek te vinden.

Het ontbijt was uitstekend! Maar dat zat niet bij de prijs van de hotelkamers inbegrepen.

Ruhiges, sauberes Hotel zu fairem Preis

Schöne Lobby mit freundlichen und hilfsbereiter Rezeption. Hotel in ruhiger Lage direkt neben einem großen Naturpark. Auch das Frühstücksbuffet war reichhaltig und gut.

Auf deutsch gabs nur die öffentlich rechtlichen Sender und Eurosport zu empfangen. Von Minibar war weit und breit nicht zu sehen. Die ruhige Lage hat als Preis einen langen oder teuren Weg in die Stadt zur Folge.

Alles is er wel maar m.i. een beetje teveel gebruikt.Ik doel op de kamer! Uitkijk op de binnenplaats van kamer 201 behoefte aan wat nette stoeltjes en tafels en onkruit weg een beetje opfleuren. Veel mensen komen uit hun kamer om o.a. te roken of wat buiten te zitten, niet uitnodigend.

heerlijk zwembad, goed restaurant, vlak bij Maastricht en Valkenburg, uitzicht over het Limburgse land aan de achterkant van het hotel

veel te laag toilet, beperkte openingstijden zwembad, klacht over geluidsoverlast (van 07:00 uur tot 07:30 van andere gasten (?)niet serieus genomen.
