In Hotel het Zeepaardje all guests wil quickly feel at home. The small, cosy hotel offers all amenities to ensure a pleasant stay. There is a living room, where you can sit at the fireplace. You can watch some television, use the Nintendo Wii or grab one of the available (comic) books and games. Enjoy the sun on the lounge benches on the terrace.
The location of the hotel is perfect to explore the island. There are many restaurants, bars and shops in the village of Hollum. You could also go horseback riding in the dunes and the woods, or join an excursion. Children can enjoy themselves with the playing equipment in the woods.
The hotel offers 10 rooms, each with a unique style and theme, such as beach, woods or lighthouse. All rooms are equipped with a private bathroom, box-spring beds, a minibar, flatscreen television and a safe.
Food and Drinks
The restaurant daily serves breakfast from 08:30 until 10:30 h. The hotel does not have a restaurant, but in the picturesque village of Hollum there are many restaurants for lunch and dinner. There is a public area in the hotel, but there is no barservice. All the rooms have a minibar. In the lounge of the hotel you can have a nice cup of coffee.

- The hotel does not have a 24-hour reception. If you wish to check in after 21:00 h., you need to contact the reception in advance by telephone. This also depends on which boat the guests take.
- An additional bed can be placed in a deluxe room on request for €15 a night.

Surroundings
Hollum is a village with a rich history. It has numerous monumental buildings that give an impression of the prosperity of the 17th and 18th century. Hollum therefore is a protected village. In the area you can visit a 9-holes golf course, go walking in the mudflats, sailing or parachuting. The sea, neach and the woods are also easy to reach from Hotel het Zeepaardje.
