- This hotel is full of innovative technology, and it is quite easy to use. There are not many instructions, and the few around are brief, but generally, if you just pause for a moment, it is easy to figure out what to do. The room is comfortable, and individually climate controlled.
- The batteries on the remote control don't last very long (< 2 hr). Sometimes, switching channels on the TV takes a long time.

- A five minute walk from the Red Bus (300) from Schiphol -- easy if you don't drive. And that stop also takes you into Haarlem City Centre (must go).
- Beds uncomfortable, LOTS of noise all night (VERY thin ceilings and walls). More importantly, charged 10 Euros per night more than quoted, even though desk clerk had the lower rate on a paper in front of him (he said it was a 5 euro foreign tourist tax, which was not listed on my reservation or his sheet, and the other 5 he just had to charge me unless he could email his manager, and did I want to sit in the lobby and wait for the reply? With no other hotel to go to at 6 pm, I paid).

- I was suprised by very spacy, elegant room and bathroom. I appreciated the breakfast too: good choice and quality. The service was nice. I took a profit of special price offer, what made the relation price/quality very interesting.

- we had a problem. the receptionist had a wrong room number and as a consequence of this the first day nobody cleaned the room the second night a young couple came into the room with a key while we were slept. He was reported to reception the following morning, was surprised but did not apologize at all.

- The hotel was clean, my room was clean, the check in and check out process was quick and efficient.
- The price is too high. The restaurant was very busy with several tables reserved for KLM but no one using them whilst I was forced to sit in the bar and despite arriving before 10.00 pm only being 'allowed' a main course by the staff. Poor management of the situation rather than a fault of the staff!

- Very nice hotel. Nice bathroom - heated mirrors are a nice touch. Beds are comfortable. Was not able to eat the free breakfast but it's nice that's it was included. Free use of computers/internet was great. Staff was very nice. Free shuttle to/from hotel at regular times is appreciated. Price was great.
- A few things in the room should be cleaned - there was some gross stuff on the ceiling and also what appeared to be mildew in the corners of the tub.

- Just to be clear: this hotel is NOT in walking distance from the terminal, as the hotels.nl description would have you believe. It is about a kilometre away. By the time you realize you've been deceived, it is too late, and you will be huffing down the side of the road carrying your luggage. If you must use this hotel, wait for the shuttle bus. The "soundproof rooms" only protect you from noise outside the hotel. The walls are thin and you'll hear doors slamming from about 6am. The room is small but adequate. Still, at 250 euros, this hotel is an extremely bad deal, without the convenience of an in-terminal airport. Factor in another 26 euros for breakfast, and you're certain to make another choice.

- The Sheraton is even closer - one has to walk a few hundred meters for this one and find it beyond the parking lot. The rooms are small, but fine, as is the entrance hall and restaurant. But it all feels a bit drab and old. Most annoying: when you want to watch TV, it constantly tries to convince you to watch some pay channel (you can guess what kind). I guess, for staying near the airport and waiting for your flight, its fine. I slept well and quiet, everything was clean etc..

- The day time manager lady was pleasant and helpful.
- On arrival, the receptionist was not pleasant or helpful. An early check in was requested because we had a long flight from the US. The manager ultimately, and pleasantly, assisted us to our room when one became available. The bath room smelled of old urine. Need washcloths in room. The bar room was not bussed regularly. The tables were dirty. The hot water was difficult to regulate.

- Amazing discount for out of season visit. Very modern and stylish hotel, clean and comfortable. Free swimming pool and gym. Tram stop 5 minutes walk away with direct links to centre (5 minute ride). Great shower. Free refridgerated tray. Right next to motorway so easy to drive to.
- Out of centre - probably a 15-20 minute walk from Leidseplein but too cold to walk in February! Sauna was 7.50 per person. No music channel on TV. Parking for hotel cost around 20 euros per 24 hour period.

- For me, for this trip, the hotel location was ideal since I arrived at Amsterdam Zuid 1,2 km away and had a morning visit 0,8 km from the hotel. Window opened.
- Bed too soft. I moved the mattress to the floor, but it was too large for the floor space. Wake up service on phone provided only in Dutch. Staff unable explain operation of this service. No "life" surrounding the hotel. Impossible to find a night meal except in the hotel restuarant. Hotel restuarant had limited menu and overworked staff. Its posh style was oh so superficial. One could say this for the hotel altogether.

- Located near RAI, near to station, metro and tram, so is easy to get to via public transport.
- At the moment the hotel is being refurbished. I would suggest not staying there until refurbishment is completed. Parking at hotel is very expensive €22 per night, or part of... I believe it is €4.50 per hour otherwise. Currently the restaurant and bar are combined inside one of the conference rooms, so there is no atmosphere, and it feels like a building site. What amazes me is that they are still charging full price for everything even though it is a mess. I will not be staying there again until the refurbishment is completed.
