- The hotel was clean, my room was clean, the check in and check out process was quick and efficient.
- The price is too high. The restaurant was very busy with several tables reserved for KLM but no one using them whilst I was forced to sit in the bar and despite arriving before 10.00 pm only being 'allowed' a main course by the staff. Poor management of the situation rather than a fault of the staff!

I was charged 185 wheras my colleague got a smaller room and paid only 145. Might have been because I booked later than him and that all the 145-rooms where taken. Anyway 185 for one short night is on the high side.

- Very clean and modern facility with spacious rooms. Good coffee provided free of charge in the lobby in the morning.
- Very inconvenient location. Shuttle to the hotel was free but considering the location, it should also be free to return to the airport. Breakfast and room are both very overpriced.
We paid an average of 70 Euros to get to our business location. When we requested taxis that could accept credit cards, twice the drivers said that they could not accept credit cards. My travel companions had a rate of $85 Euros per night but I was charged $159 per night.
There should be a less expensive a la carte option for breakfast.
Shuttle was over 20 Euros to get to the airport to make alternate public transport.

- Parking. The price was really high. There where no places else where around the hotel to park our car.
So we where forced to park our car at the hotel itself.
It would a lot nicer if the hotel would charge his costumers less for parking.

- Large bathrooms, but separate tub seems a waste, it must be a European thing, the space of the tub would have made a better shower. Good decor and hotel feel. Beds good.

- Das Frühstück lässt zu wünschen übrig für ein Hotel dieser Klasse.
In der Bar ging frühzeitig der Caffee und Capuchino aus, zu Essen gab es teilweise auch nichts. Das Preisverhältnis ist zu teuer.
Auch die Gebühren für das Parken am Hotel sind zu hoch, selbst behinderte Menschen müssen Parkgebühren zahlen.

- Parkgebühr - es gab zwei 2 unterschiedliche Meinungen, Ihrer Herren am Emfang, des zu entrichteten Betrages. Bei Anreise gegen 22.00 Uhr sagte man mir, es würde rund 8,00€ Kosten. Bei Abreise gegen 5.00 Uhr mußte ich dann den vollen Tagessatz von 13,50€ bezahlen, da ein "neuer Tag" angebrochen sei.
Wer von den Beiden hatte nun Recht???

an der Rezeption.
Bei Reservierung eines Taxis wurde danach gefragt,
ob man mit Credidt-Card oder cash bezahlen will.
Taxi war pünktlich da.
- Lage ist sehr einsam/entfernt von Hoofddorp,
ohne Pkw ist man verloren, Taxi wird teuer.
Es wäre gut, wenn das Hotel im Internet darauf hinweist, dass die Anschrift "Bosweg" neu ist. Man sollte auch für Pkw-besitzer mit GPS-System die alte noch bekannte Anschrift (selbe Location) erwähnen. Diese neue anschrift kennen die meisten GPS-Systeme nicht ! Hotel Rezeption hat das zugegeben. Zimmerpreis für diese Lage viel zu hoch. Diesen Qualitätsstandard bieten andere Hotels auch, liegen aber zentraler in der Ortschaft oder zum Flughafen-sind weitaus billiger. Service schlecht ==>> Bar war voller Gäste, der Service an der Bar fehlte - wir mußten bis zu 10 Minuten warten. Der Bar-Keeper mußte Essen zubereiten für einen Bar-Gast (etwa um 23:30)! ! Beim Frühstück bat ich den Service um Kaffe - mußte aber ca. 10 Minuten warten, bis ich auf nochmalige Aufforderung endlich den Kaffe bekam (wurde vergessen). Es ist unerhört, bei der Parkplatzgebühr mit "jeder Minute an Parkzeit" Geld heraus zu schlagen. Andere Hotels lassen nach dem check-out dem Gast den Ganzen Tag Zeit, den Parkplatz zu verlassen. Man merkt, dass bei jeder Gelegenheit der Gast "abgezockt" wird.
Hotel mit dieser Geschäftsstrategie kann ich nicht weiterempfehlen und werde es auch nie wieder besuchen !
