Only one night Nice located Hotel , but with poor quality compared to the high price: 21 June 2009; 5.8; + Nice location, near to train station in the middle of the city.; - Quality of bed was poor. Breakfast was poor, no fresh fruits nothing of good quality. Room too small and the price per night too high for this poor quality. I will not go there again.

Obviously when a room has been booked you turn on the radiator to heat the room before the guests arrive. We had to wait for about 3 hours to have a mild temperzture in our room !

(They told me is was only meant to be a clock when questioned, but clock was also nfu! It should have been fixed or removed.) Also, not really negatives as such, but: bed felt peculiar, although not uncomfortable; no fridge in room; no writing paper, nor other complementary items; & lots of other things (e.g computer use, coffee in room) were available only as extras.

Charles Longo: 15 April 2007; 8.6; + A pleasant place with access to all of importance in beautiful central Hoorn. People pleasant and excellent English, typical of all Netherlands. I chose a "deluxe" room, well worth the small additional cost. I did not eat in restaurant, but it seemed busy with tourists and locals. I like this hotel.; - Rooms in front above street a little noisy if you like an open window at night.

Udo Stüken Gutes Hotel mit sehr gutem Preis/Leistungsverhältnis: 1 April 2012; 9.0; + Das Personal an der Rezeption war sehr freundlich und hat uns sehr gut unsere Fragen beantwortet.; - Leider kleine Abstriche bei Preis/Leistung: stimmte nicht beim Frühstück. Service: Der Zimmerservice war an einem Tag zu ungeduldig und reagierte nicht auf unser Bitten, etwas später zu kommen. Komfort: Der Duschvorhang verhinderte selbst bei raffiniertester Drappierung nicht das wir das Badezimmer beim Duschen fluteten. Hier wäre eine feste Duschwand besser.

trudy kaagman Hotel van zeer goede kwaliteit, gunstige locatie: 19 September 2011; 9.8; + Heerlijke bedden, met lichamelijke klachten altijd een aangename verassing, Heerlijk soyu restaurant en opmerkelijk vriendelijke service in het hele pand.Schoon en opgeruimde ruimtes. Heerlijk uitgebreid ontbijtbuffet. Lege mandjes,schalen etc worden na vragen direct weer aangevuld. Toegankelijke personeel.; - geluid uit de straat op zaterdagnacht. Toevallig was er een inbraak gaande in het pand tegenover het hotel. Onduidelijke vluchtroute. De trap was afgesloten! Handdoek kar op de gang oogt rommelig. Geen briefje in de kamer met handleiding schone was gezien.

Anonymous Prima hotel.: 13 September 2011; 8.8; + Vriendelijke verwelkoming. Ik vond het een prima hotel, snachts was het rustig. Schone kamer en badkamer. Prima! Lekker ontbijt.; - ( wat ik vergeten ben te melden bij vertrek)De wandbeugel bij het bad zat wat los. Geen hinder van gehad, doch een volgende bader zou erdoor kunnen vallen. Even twee schroefjes aandraaien! Minpunt vond ik dat het een tweepersoonskamer was en ik voor één besteld had, en... hoe lekker ook. ik vond het moeilijk dat ik een twee persoonsontbijt ontving. Lief bedoeld. Maar als je alleen op stap bent sinds tijden is het ietwat katterig en miste ik mijn man. Verder vond ik het een zaaaalig ontbijt. Prima hotel!

Piet en Ida Bloklanand-Westra Fijn hotel in het centrum van Hoorn: 5 September 2011; 7.8; + Mooie ruime keurige kamer. Tevreden.; - Geen thermostaat op de douche kraan. Douche kraan was erg moeilijk in te stellen op een goede douche temperatuur.
