Museums in Amsterdam
The Dutch capital houses some renowned museums, such as the Van Goghmuseum and the Rijksmuseum. Hundreds of thousands of visitors are attracted to these museums each year.
Every museum has its own theme, that ranges from old Dutch masters to modern art. Besides the museums Amsterdam also houses hundreds of galleries and exposition halls, where you can often visit remarkable expositions. Some renowned exposition halls are the Nieuwe Kerk (New Church) and the Beurs van Berlage.
