Clubs in Amsterdam
You can dance till dawn at these clubs, each offering a different style of music, ranging from techno to house, from funk to 80's music. Apart from the standard nights, some clubs also offer theme nights at special locations. Although the Leidseplein and Rembrandplein are the centre of Amsterdam's nightlife, most clubs are in fact located around the city.
If you want to know where the action is, make sure you get a copy of a party calendar at a music or fashion store. Some bouncers can be very strict in upholding the dress code. Be sure to bring your ID and wear your best party gear!
Hotel Arena
This hotel is located in a monumental building, just outside Amsterdam city centre. It consists of a few different sections: the hotel Tostay, the restaurant Todine, the club Tonight and the café Todrink.
Start your night out with a delicious dinner and a drink in the café, which will put you in the right party mood. As time flies by, more party people arrive to make their way into Tonight. The music in this club varies from 80's to salsa. Hotel Arena is the perfect spot for a complete night of entertainment. Culture Park Westergasfabriek
Events and parties are often organised in some of the multifunctional buildings located on the site of the Westergasfabriek (Western Gas Factory). Several shops and offices can also be found here. You can go to the bakery for a delicious breakfast or drink an excellent cup of coffee in the Espresso Factory.
The Westergasfabriek is known for its parties such as Awakenings and the RAW Rythm Festival. The industrial buildings provide a unique atmosphere.
The programme in these industrial buildings is very diverse. Some nights there is a techno house party in de Gashouder (one of the buildings), the next night a romantic movie in het Ketelhuis (another old factory building) and during the day one can visit an art exhibition. In the evenings there are parties and live music at the Flex Bar or in restaurant/club Pacific Parc.

Zebra Lounge
Different music styles from R&B to house are played in this very hip and trendy club. Many people come here to be seen, so you're better off leaving your old jeans at home! During busy nights two seperate rooms are opened, each with a different style and atmosphere.
