This restaurant, which used to be known as Bice, has recently changed its name to Sogno (Italian for dream). It is located on the ground floor of the Hotel NH Amsterdam Centre and offers a view of the Leidseplein's sparkling lights. The dishes, as well as the staff, are authentically Italian. You won't find any pizzas on the menu. Instead taste the delicious home made Italian seasonal and regional specialities, as well as classics such as ossoburo and gnocchi.
