The beautiful city hall was built in the fifteenth century. The rooms are decorated differently, varying from Louis XIV tot Louis XVI. In one of the halls are paintings of all former mayors of the city. The church of Saint Peter was built in Brabant High Gothic style. In the treasure room, the famous fifteenth-centurty triptych by Dirk Bouts, 'The Last Supper' and a collection of religious silver is displayed.
