+ Great location, the staff were very cheerful and helpful.

- A bit pricy compared to offerd service, few rooms with a view, breakfast is served at opposing hotel. Bed gave me pains in lower-back. You basicly pay for the great location in my opinion.

+ comfy beds and pillows, beautifull varied breakfast. nice surroundings and furishings. excellent service use of pc and printer. toiletries a plus toothpaste would be nice and i didnt get the ironing board as promised i hadnt ironed my clothes thought it was in room, good selection in mini bar

- my bathroom small, for the room i paid for superior big piece missing off the window ledge in rom 201 rather noisey even with ear plugs provided. not enough tea sugar and coffee in rooms milk would be nice with p.g tips tea bags mini bar too pricey didnt eat in restaurant too pricey or order room service for this reason.

+ Well the best things about about this hotel was location,price and cleanliness,room cleaned and new towels every morning,very helpful and welcoming reception,in the heart of Rembrandt away from the noise of the Red Light District but right beside trams that go everywhere and are so easy to use.

- None that i can think of.

+ Professional, friendly staff and comfortable room.

- For a new hotel, incredibly poor windows that let in all the street party noise. I suggest getting on the higher-up floors and towards the back. At 19 euro, the breakfast was outrageously overpriced. Just 5 minutes' walk down the road (with the tram line, toward the centre) you will find a HEMA shop with a freshly-baked/assembled hearty sandwich and good coffee for about 4 euro.

+ Great location. There is a great restaurant/pub right next door with outside seating and main tram line access right outside. We got a room on the 6th floor and it was quiet and pleasant. Plus, right near the river Amstel. Will definatly stay here again.

- During our stay there was construction in teh middle of the street, but since we were out most of the day it wasn't bothersome.

+ Geweldige ligging, en goede service, alles was schoon en heel en zeer comfortabel zelfs voor ons die wel wat hotels hebben gezien.

- beetje lastig parkeren, maar ja dat is normaal in de grote stad

+ very polite, friendly and efficient at the reception. The one and only minus point was that they didn't clean up the bathroom daily.They only changed towels and soaps. Anyway I can hardly raccomend this hotel

+ Hr. Hikspoors heeft zijn uitertste best gedaan om de domper als vernoemd onder de minpunten op te lossen zodat we toch konden slapen met 12 pwersonen.

- bij aankomst bleek de boeking onbekend; erg triest medegedeeld werd dat alles överboekt"was door de hoofdorganisatie.

+ nette hulpvaardige medewerkers, centraal in de stad

- hotel ligt naast de Escape discotheek: tot half twee een dof gedreun waardoor wij niet konden slapen. Geen ontbijt geserveerd in het hotel, daarvoor moesten we naar Schiller. niet schoon: er lagen heel veel zakdoekjes onder het bed.

+ mooie kamers, ruime badkamer, netjes, vriendelijk personeel, gratis laat uitchecken op zondag, 's ochtends gratis koffie met croissants in de lobby, ligging aan het Rembrandtplein

- de ligging was 's nachts een minpunt: veel overlast van het uitgaanspubliek! we hadden een kamer aan de zijkant (gelukkig niet extra betaald voor een kamer aan de voorkant!!!) maar het was van 11.30 tot 5.30 erg rumoerig buiten met dronken mensen, politie en ME (zaterdagavond)

Stel uit Apeldoorn Goed, schoon hotel in hartje amsterdam.

+ ligging aan het Rembrandtplein is een groot pluspunt (kan ook een nadeel zijn,zie hieronder) Je zit enorm centraal en kan overal naar toe lopen. Goede service, we kregen een nieuwe tv nadat onze tv op de kamer het had begeven.

- De ligging aan het Rembrandtplein zorgde in ons geval(vrijdag op zaterdagnacht, ook net toen ajax speelde) voor redelijk wat onrust. Tot laat in de nacht werd er geschreeuwd. Voor mensen die echt voor hun nachtrust komen zou ik deze locatie van NH niet aanraden.

+ Het hotel ligt mooi centraal alles is vanuit daar goed bereikbaar.

- deze beoordeling is niet van dit hotel want we overboekt we mochten het stragnapolski hotel in. Maar we vonden het voor een 5 sterren hotel de kamers wel wat tegenvallen we zouden het voor die prijs niet zelf boeken. En het betaald parkeren (45 euro per dag) was ook een tegenvaller zeker voor een 5 sterren.

+ The hotel was right in the City centre which was good, as everywhere was in walking distance. All the clubs and bars was just downstairs! Even though it was in such a busy location, it was nice and quiet inside the hotel.

+ We found the staff very helpful and polite, the room was clean, spacious and very comfortable. Ideal location to reach all parts of Amsterdam on foot.

- Not for the light sleeper. due to it's location, close to Rembrandt Square, with nightclubs nearby, noise goes on for most of the night.

+ First of all, it's very important for us to say, that we booked the HN Hotels special offer, which offered a great price, and included breakfast as well. We booked the room for 7 days in advance (It was our anniversary), so the hotel was very kind to upgrade our room to a better room - for no additional cost (A nice surprise). The rooms were very indulging, spacious, modern designed When we first arrived, they left us candies, bath robes, bath slippers, a nice small box-game, and different magazines. Their breakfast is amazing - versatile, nice looking and tasty. In terms of location, the hotel is located in one of the main squares in Amsterdam called "Rembrandt-Square".

Although their windows (those with a square view) have thick glass, still it was A beat noisy on weekends' night, but it was bramble. The rest of our staying (Including in the mornings) was quiet.

+ Das Zimmer hat uns gut gefallen. Schlicht, aber es hatte alles was man braucht. Das Personal am Empfang war sehr freundlich.

- Beim Morgenessen könnte man schon ein paar Sachen ändern. Verbrannten Speck und nicht warmes Rührei, haben uns nicht sehr gefreut. Aber sonst war die Auswahl gut. Es war leider sehr laut, von der Bar nebenan, weil die Türe dort die ganze nacht offen war.

+ Upgrade to a suite for the price of double room, later found out I actually had the only room with terrace overlooking Remprandtsplein. Must be an excellent place for stay in summer time. Personnel was very friendly and efficient, the price absolutely OK for the room, especially in comparison to others I had in final selection for my trip.

- Reception area is extremely small. The TV in my room didn't work properly but it had been fixed when I returned from dinner.

+ Great location. The hotel allowed me to leave my case there til very late in the evening after checking out.

- The room was freezing! Not just cold but absolutely freezing. Also there was no information in my room, like room service menu etc. There were also belongings from a previous guest on the floor of the room which had not been removed when my room was cleaned before my arrival.

- Unfortunately I had no pleasent stay at you Hotel. 1.) There is NO heating in the rooms. 2.) the climatization was broken and the room was like an freezer, the reception has offered an little heater but these was so noise that I could not sleep the first night. Next day I have changed to an other room, here again NO hetaing. 3.) Early in the morning - the sign "please do not disturb" was ignored. The cleaning people entered allways in room before asking - I never had an experiencelike that in the NH Hotels ! Finally the Invoice was completely wrong, I had booked an room including breakfast. In the invoice all breakfast were added. Removing the breakfasts the invoice was not more clear. I had asked to make me an offer for the first day since these not really an pleasure night - the people at the reception don´t see any way to discuss about. I need really to think about if I will stay again in one of the NH Hotels. Sorry but these are the fakt. For my colleague the stay was too an nightmare Kind Regards
