Giovanni da bologna mi sono trovato molto bene: 17 Maggio 2011; 9.0; + mi sono trovato molto bene è tutto molto vicino al centro e praticamente in centro è raggiungibile a piedi dalla stazione centrale circa 500/600 metri molto comodo. non abbiamo preso per niente i mezzi poiche è vicinissimo tutto e tutto il personale alla reception è cordiale e molto disponibile parlano bene anche l'italiano fatevi consigliare da loro per ogni cosa vi aiuteranno a non essere solati ringrazio tutti quelli che ci hanno aiutato dell'hotel un vero grazie di cuore per il bellissimo soggiorno

H Sanders Hotel midden in centrum geschikt voor de tourist: 8 Ottobre 2011; 7.4; + Vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel, leuk ontvangst.; - Toilet/doucheruimte klein maar voor de tourist die Amsterdam wil verkennen is dit geen groot probleem.

Het water kon of de 6de verdieping niet bereiken of het wat was op een wel erg zuinige manier aangesloten.

Alt muss aber nicht gleich schmuddelig sein.Lampen nicht festgeschraubt.Fremde Haare im Bett. Teppich dreckig Birnen inder Lampe ausgebrannt.Bei genauren Hinsehen konnte man die Kotspuren der TIere an den Möbeln sehen , der Putztrupp sollte darauf geschult werden Konnte jetzt meine ganze Wäsche in die Gefriertruhe packen um die Wanzen nicht in meine Wohnung zu bekommen. Gegendie Wanzen muss dringend etwas unternommen werden die verbreiten sich in ganz Europa.Sicher es kommen alle möglichen Leute für kurzurlaub nach amsterdam, und dennoch hoffe ich die Tiere werden beseitigt.

Ontbijt; het gesneden vlees lag als een berg op de borden. Ziet niet fraai uit. Het oog moet ook iets hebben. De T.V. zou ik s'morgens vroeg ook niet aanzetten, wat klassieke muziek lijkt mij een beter idee.

The price is also very good for its location.; - It is a bit hot during summer in Amsterdam and there is no air conditioning, so it could be a bit uncomfortable. Unfortunately, there is a major construction going on at the moment very near to the hotel which make it a bit noisy at times.

James Gillies Value for money!: 27 Gennaio 2010; 7.4; + I have stayed at this hotel on a number of occasions. The main reasons are the price and the location. Pricewise I find it v good value for money. The location is also a bonus - centrally situated with tram stops right outside. This hotel has recently undergone a level of refurbishment - which (to be truthful), was probably needed. The reception area has been done up and the rooms (at least the one I was in) have (at last) benefited from a paintjob and flatscreen TVs! Breakfast (included) is not bad - nothing brilliant but at least it gives you the opportunity for a caffiene intake! Staff are friendly enough and I will definately use the Cordial again.; - Nothing drastic - you get what you pay.

I locked it but room cleaning staff left my room open for whole day, luckily nothing was missing. Sign in breakfast room: "No food allowed outside breakfast room". I lol-d.

chris Uitstekend hotel voor een citytrip: 16 Novembre 2009; 7.4; + Ligt direct in het centrum, vriendelijk onthaal prijs kwaliteit ok. Hebben ook 2 2persoonskamers gekregen aan de zelfde prijs van een vierpersoons. ontbijt was voor deze prijs goed in orde.; - vier persoonskamer was overboekt tweepersoonskamers waren heel klein alsook de douce in een kamer, in de andere kamer was de badkamer prima.

Free Internet in Lobby(no printer). Beds are a comfortable foam mattress.; - Biggest issue 4me was all the noise from roadworks outside which started at 8am- hotel needs double glazes windows. 24 hr bar actually ment a vending machine in reception. Web said to get shuttle bus €11.25 e/w - NONSENSE better getting the train €4.50 less than half the price & only 15min on train & 10 min walk up one straight road(easy to find)! The comment about no shower curtain in other reviews didnt explain that the bathrooms are wetrooms!Beds are a comfortable foam mattress but might be too soft for some people- pillows are too small/soft. Double room alot bigger than twin. Bring kettle for tea/coffee as Amterdam is very expensive for these little things(€3 per tiny cup). I would stay in this hotel again.

P Aspden Ideal base for a stay in Amsterdam.: 1 Novembre 2009; 7.2; + Great central location. Clean enough. Comfortable bed. Fairly quiet. No complaints about smoking in the room. Breakfast continental, but fine, serving until 10.00. Come and go as you like, with friendly door staff. Free broadband in the foyer.; - Leaking radiator in room 22. The whole hotel needs renovation. Wifi not in the rooms. Tricky to get about if you have mobility problems, especially breakfast. Take a kettle with you for a proper cup of tea!

JBME Aangenaam in meerdere opzichten: 28 Giugno 2009; 7.8; + Buit uw pluspunten uit. Ligging, prijs/kwaliteit en hygiëne zijn gewoon goed. Meldt ook, in mijn ogen uw minpunt, in uw uitingen. Dat voorkomt mogelijke teleurstellingen; - Badkamer/douche/toilet zeer beperkt, maar wel "op de kamer" en "schoon". Aan de receptie kon men mij niet helpen aan het adres van de Amsterdam-Hermitage.
