Het was een aanbieding, dat maakt de prijs/kwaliteit verhouding nog acceptabel, voor de volledige prijs zou de prijs/kwaliteitsverhouding uitgesproken slecht zijn.

For the high price I have paid the room(s)are small and grubby. For upgrade they wanted additional money (looks to be new strategy to maximize profit...)

Everything is close to the hotel.; - One day the "clean" towels (both of them) were dirty. I wasn't satisfied with payment condition. It is too secure for the hotel and bad for guest. I wonder this method refers to every guest or only to us from Hungary. I am sorry you didn't trust us. We haven't been a lot of country so far (individual and business trip)and everywhere pay the bill correctly. I hope I will get my "blocked" money and I will not have problem about it.

He went out of his way to accommodate us and showed top quality customer service skills. I stayed in one of the NH hotels in Amsterdam last year and I found the reception staff unfriendly and unhelpful but staying in this NH hotel has encouraged me to try others around europe. Thanks again for a wonderful stay.

Patrick Gracious old world charm with excellent staff: 31 Maggio 2009; 7.4; + friendly, patient, kind and most helpful staff. Early check in was allowed. Big plus when, as in our case, an early flight gets you into Amsterdam at 10 am. Access to wonderful coffee (heaven!)through corridor to next door. Great 'old-world' atmosphere.; - re room 302: room 'sad' and tatty due to torn/damaged wallpaper and general need of refurbishment. Bathroom was seriously defective. Access to shower was really dangerous, false ceiling dirty. In general the bathroom was the biggest disappointment. This is an important point, given tourists get hot and tired etc, and need to shower more frequently than usual. Instead it was a major 'task' to use the facilities. Too much furniture in room thus making it difficult to 'navigate'. Room should be completely redesigned to make better use of space.

J. Overdijk Het was een overnachting, maar niet de 4 - sterren waardig!: 2 Febbraio 2009; 6.2; + Goede bedden, en vriendelijke mensen achter de balie!; - Ontbijt; Afuimen en opruimen gebeurt slecht! Kruimels worden vanaf de tafel de grond opgeveegd, stoelen worden erna niet aangeschoven, en de kruimels die er op liggen (stoelen) mag men zelf verwijderen. Wij hebben gevraagd of ze svp het tafellaken wilde verschonen vanwege jam vlekken. Dit is niet gebeurt. Bij aankomst moesten we langs een kar met vuile was lopen en dat is ook geen binnenkomer. En de lift is NIET gekeurd. De kamers zijn ook achterhaald en smoezelig. Al met al van wat ik van NH gewend ben valt dit uitermate tegen!
