Francesco Close to central station, but I'm still waiting my credit card unlock: 31 Agosto 2010; 6.6; + close to central station.; - I'm still waiting my credit card to be unlocked. 3 days bookings were locked on my credit card, so I couldn't take money from it, now I'm back home and it's still locked, I can't take money from it yet. Let's wait.

Anonimo Basic and Noisy: 2 Febbraio 2012; 6.0; + Nice staff on front desk, and reception area is well-presented. Location was good for me as it was only a 20 min walk to where I needed to be.; - Room was very basic. I was in the room beneath reception and could hear people thumping about all night, which kept me awake. The curtains in the room left a good five or six inches of the bottom of the window uncovered, meaning that light streamed in all night, making it even more difficult to sleep and I felt uncomfortable getting undressed. A poor night's sleep was not ideal as I had to deliver a presentation the next day. I wouldn't stay here again.

Debora Kozak This charming, affordable hotel is in an excellent location...: 6 Marzo 2011; 9.0; + My single room (101) was rather small, but sufficient for 1 person. I was there with my son and 2 of his friends who had the triple room right next door (102), which was very convenient for me. I had a great view of the canal. The hotel has so many charming details, i.e. stained glass, inlaid tile entrance, bay windows, a steep winding, wooden staircase and banister, etc, etc. Plus the location is excellent since you can walk to just about everything. It's also an easy bus ride direct to/from the airport, or a choice of 3 trams that go directly to the main train station. Breakfast consisted of various breads (you could toast), different jams, honey, sliced cheese & ham, orange & apple juice, brewed coffee, or a coffee specialty from their cappucino machine.; - The lift was out of order, as well as the complimentary wireless internet. There was construction going on, but they seemed to be coming to an end of it. Still, it woke you up at 7:30 in the morning when the workers were getting started. The shared toilet/shower on the 1st. floor had a tiny sink that had a shelf directly above it, which made it impossible to put your head over it while washing your face or brushing your teeth.

Debora Kozak This charming, affordable hotel is in an excellent location...: 6 Marzo 2011; 8.8; + Room 102 (triple room) was very spacious (toilet and shower included) with an excellent view of the canal with a bay window included. It was a very bright room. This was my son's room with 2 of his friends. My room was right next door (rm 101--no toilet or shower) which was very convenient. I loved all the details of the entire hotel, i.e. stained glass, narrow winding wooden steps and banister, inlaid tile floor entrance, etc. It all added to the charm of the hotel. Breakfast consisted of various breads (could toast it), jams, honey, cheese and ham with orange & apple juice & coffee. The coffee was brewed, but they also had a capuccino machine. The location was excellent, as one could walk to everything.; - There was construction going on, but they seemed to be coming to the end of it. You would hear the workers getting started at 7:30 in the morning. The wireless internet which was suppose to be available, was not working. The shared shower/toilet on the 1st. floor had a tiny sink with a shelf right above the sink, which made it impossible to put your head over it while washing your face or brushing your teeth.

n Budget hotel met weinig luxe: 8 Gennaio 2011; 5.4; + erg goedkoop; - Lift deed het niet. Hele stijle trap. Receptie spreekt alleen Engels. Kamer erg klein. Klein bed, staat helemaal tegen de muur. Moest over me partner heenklimmen om in de badkamer te komen. Het ergst is nog dat het verbouwd werd. Vanaf 8.00uur wakker gemaakt door constante harde boorgeluiden.

Hoofdstraat, behulpzaam personeel.; - Toegang tot hotel via zeer steile trap,(trap niet geschikt voor winters weer). Los empleados eran simpáticos y serviciales. Cerca hay bares y restaurantes. La habitación tenía una bonita vista a uno de los canales de la ciudad.; - No funcionaba el ascensor, con lo que tuvimos que subir las maletas cuatro pisos por las incómodas "escaleras holandesas". El baño de la habitación olía mal, posiblemente a causa de las cañerías.

Cerca hay restaurantes, supermercados y tiendas a tutiplen; - La limpieza. Solo te cambian las toallas cada dos días y no limpian ni el baño (ducha sin plato= charco permanente en el baño) ni aspiran la moqueta.

HAYDN ROBINSON Very very disappointing... refund or legal action?: 17 Giugno 2010; 4.2; + The location was good and it was a welcome break after working 18 hour days six days a week for the past month.; - Extremely disappointed by the fact that the room was next to a building site, we were woken up every morning at 7am, this was obviously not as advertised and after complaining several times nothing was done. The bedside lights also did not work which we asked to be fixed several times also, neither of these issues were resolved after persistently complaining. The room was falsely advertised, which completely ruined the holiday. Under the sales of goods act, a goods or service must be sold as advertised, as a 7am wake up from the builders was not advertised, we are entitled to a full refund which we will be perusing.

Anonimo Vriendelijk personeel maar verder helaas weinig waar voor je geld.: 10 Maggio 2010; 5.8; + Het personeel is erg vriendelijk en ook als je uitgecheckt bent kan je je bagage achterlaten, daar hebben ze een speciale kamer voor.; - Het ontbijt was minimaal: Oud brood (thuis zouden we dit niet meer eten). Douche waarbij het heel lang duurt voor het water warm word en als het eenmaal warm is (10min) dan is het lastig er koud water bij te krijgen, wanneer dit lukt en je er onder staat verandert het water uit zichzelf tussen ijskoud en bloedheet. Bedden waren erg doorlegen. Wij zouden dit hotel zeker niet aanraden aan vrienden/kennissen.
